Why does everyone we are linked with cost 35 million ?

I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t face anymore legal threats or challenges from the league tbh. They have seen the calibre of our appointments and the knowledge and experience they have in football and won’t even bother now imo.

It’s interesting watching the likes of Scamacca go elsewhere at a reasonable price. The athletic earlier in the summer said he was one of our top targets and he’s definitely within our budget. Suggests they have something else lined up which is pretty exciting.

I’d much rather risk a bit less money on someone younger from abroad than go anywhere near DCL tbh at the price quoted for him.

30 million according to sky, seems like a good deal tbh, he’s got huge potential

Doubtful, based of their transfers this summer they have a pretty good scouting network, they wouldn’t touch them 2 imo.

West Ham getting that Scamacca for 30 million seems pretty cheap, we where linked earlier in the window, quite surprised we haven’t gone in for him.
