  1. Yeah but it’s still just an opinion from someone, that actual highlighted paragraph wasn’t in the actual WTO report.
  2. Again that’s just an interpretation that’s what leaves this whole thing on a knife edge as everyone has different views on it.
  3. Guardian journalist who broke the story about the WTO report said should be announcement within days.
  4. He also said about 6 weeks ago that we would know by Wednesday. No he didn't. He did, he said they where told it would be done by Wednesday, it was weeks ago he said it like.
  5. He also said about 6 weeks ago that we would know by Wednesday.
  6. Safe to assume that, he wrote the original article about the WTO report
  7. Bearing in mind this was from the person who wrote about damning new evidence being presented which would be included within the WTO Report. We all saw the report so don't know where this new evidence was. Depends how you interpret the report, I agree I didn’t think it was bad, however lots of people have said it was, think this is what decides the takeover, how the premier league have viewed it. Depends which side of the fence you fit on and Sean Ingle is certainly not on the takeover side, but, you're right it's up to the Premier League at the end of the day. That’s it, I think the report gives the premier league a clear way to either accept or reject it without fear of any legal backlash. Basically I think it comes down to if the premier league want it or not.

  9. Is this tweet from earlier basically rubbishing anything that Caulkin has told us ?
  10. Guy who broke the new evidence story then followed it up by confirming it was the WTO report.
  11. If it is days away, it is clear the premier league was waiting for the WTO report, shame we have no idea what interpretation of it they have taken.
  12. Definitely cans. This guy is the one who broke the WTO story. He is thinking of things are close is huge! He’s been one of the ones saying this is doubtful for weeks, he is more likely getting his information from Bien/Qatar side.
  13. Not allowed to question it in this thread.
  14. So they've stopped querying them on the piracy issues? Honestly think there will be a decision and announcement by next week Same, absolutely no idea which way it will go either.
  15. If they didn’t fear a lawsuit, this would have been rejected by now.
  16. Just don’t see what else could delay a decision now.
  17. I thought all financial decisions had to be run past the buyers first ?
  18. Maybe nothing, but certainly a few journalist where saying the deadly in refunds was while this takeover was going on so maybe it is linked.
  19. Doubt that, they would have a better chance of them tackling piracy by passing it.
  20. Thought the premier league didn’t announce anything ? I think they will on this one, it's so high profile. I reckon they've already rejected it. Yeah an announcement from them would only be about it being rejected imo.
  21. Thought the premier league didn’t announce anything ? Yeah he said they don't/wouldn't normally, but given the level of interest, scrutiny and way its been played out in public and for the reasons, they may do this time - either way, I'd guess if its approved or denied. I wouldn’t expect them to be legally allowed to announce if it has been approved like, but who knows.
