Isn't It because it can be appealed when published? In which case they wouldn't be able to use the judgement... So does that mean the whole report is meaningless to this takeover ? If so why wait for it at all?

Surely if they are waiting for the report, it’s because they will use it to block the takeover, otherwise why else would they be waiting, it would have been passed by now surely.

I think the buyers confidence is now completely irrelevant, they expected this to pass weeks ago, they clearly did not expect for whatever has come up, so how can they be convinced?

If they can’t afford to finish league 1 and 2 this season, how can they afford to start a new one assuming still no fans as expected ?

If the reports today about needing an agreement between Saudi and Qatar is true, then we are going to be waiting forever. You could say other reports suggest it's been close also. Nobody knows except for the Premier League and what stage they are at. Premier league are definitely leaking stuff though despite all this fully confidential line they keep saying.

Disagree with him saying it won’t be much longer, it seems further away from a conclusion than ever before.

It was agreed in March and only just announced.

Yes but we really dont know when the transfer window start and ends to be frank. Obviously we are losing targets left and right. So grim Monday. We go into next season with no new additions and the out of contract players gone, we go down next season regardless of who owns us and manages us.

We've missed them the last 13 years so can't see missing another one being a big deal. ? just imagine the state of our squad going in to next season with Ashley in charge and absolutely no incoming business.
