What a wonderful football match. The most positive thing form the last two results, is the fact we have won playing some great football, as opposed to winning but thinking we where lucky.

Really hope he gets in the France squad. Another reason to support them this summer.

I reckon he will put Jonas at LB and obviously move Perch in at CB. Tiote will come into a 3 man midfield, and the rest as normal. Really fancy us for this. 3-1

From a Liverpool fan.... Although the excellent Coloccini is out for them I have grave concerns over their front three of Ba, Cisse and Ben Arfa. If we play Kelly, Flanagan and/or old man Carragher we'll get our arse handed to us. Adam is shite and the less said about Jay Spearing - or, as I like to call him, the offspring of Iain Dowie's mother and Quasimodo - the better. Gerrard has to play because we're wretched without him. With any luck Carroll will come good and Dalglish won't display inept tactical skills, but I just can't see it happening. 4-1 Newcastle I'm afraid.

Can't see how Pardew knows already, he cant have torn it, so a pull or strain is just treated day by day.

Wouldn't rule him out yet. Only "could" miss it according to Pardew.

If it is a strain he should be fine for saturday. If he was running freely then it is unlikely to be anything worse. You usually can't stand with a bad hamstring injury.

If that was the case then why didn't we bring somebody in during the January transfer window when we spent £10 million on a forwward? Maybe they couldn't get the right players, i mean it took a year to replace Carroll.

The most positive thing for me from yesterday was Pardew's post match interview. For the first time he actually said we are not playing well, and not creating enough for the strikers. Just glad that he admitted it, now i can see him trying to do something about it, wheras before, it seemed he just couldn't see how bad we where.
