  2. Newcastle is by far the best town in England, in any ways if you ask me. I've only been there twice though. Once with my graduationclass, where we had a blast going to all the fantastic clubs and shopping oppertunities. We even went to The Strawberry to watch Vålerenga-Newcastle. Typical really. First time in Newcastle, and Newcastle United deciedes to travel to my country and play...Even though, it was fun as hell, being a Norwegian Newcastlesupporter watching Newcastle play in Norway at The Strawberry. The second time I went with my dad for the 3-0 match against WBA last season. He's been a Newcastlesupporter since the first time he visited the city when he was sailing at the age of 16 (now 50 btw). We had a canny time, and got to say goodbye to Shearer as well. Only downside was on the night, after visiting different pubs, we went to a bar right next to our hotel (right next to some shoppingcentre(?). Can't remember the name). We were pretty drunk, and didn't notice what kind of bar it was, untill some guy came up to us, and started to flirt with us. Chunked our beer and ran to the hotel as fast as we could.
  3. Depends Shak. I wouldn't hesitate being paid £60k a week on behalf of someone else keeping me in shape for 5 years, instead of actually have to do something than participate in the obiligated training for a few hours each day.

    Alan Shearer sings

How old is she? I could see her as my sugarmama in a few years, with the best inlaws in the world.
  5. hehe, I went a little further, and stopped reading after "I've grown up at this club, both as a footballer"

    Must we?

I just did that on FM (with some cheating as Arsenal and M'Boro wouldn't loan out the strikers, and neither Bridge, Brown and Navarro was for sale, and neither of them wanted to come here before I gave them 2 week fines), and it worked like a charm. I say go for it!

    Carew

Carew would be ideal for us. Despite his height and immense power, he is fast and has a pretty good technique. Scored an excellent goal against Serbia and montenegro where he outpowerd and outran Vidic, before he put the ball hard up in the corner from some distanse. Only aber I can see, is that he isn't a profilic goalscorer...oh, and he probably wouldn't come here anyway.
  8. Could be four Norwgian teams in it as well. Vålerenga is already in it after losing the CL qualification i think. Start - Drogheda 1-0 Brann - Åtvidaberg 3-3 Molde - Skonto 0-0 Although it doesn't look good for Brann and Molde, they SHOULD be good enough to beat the other teams. Love it when I don't have to come to Newcastle, and Newcastle comes to me.
  9. Here in Norway Liverpool has by far the biggest supporterclub, with 22000+ registerd members. Man Utd is second with around 16-18000 i believe. Arsenal Norway has 4050 members and Chelsea Supporter Norway didn't say how many members they had, only that they were growing as fast as when Tore Andre Flo signed for Chels, I'd imagine somewhere around, if not a little less, than Arsenal. Tottenham has 1976 members, and that would make Newcastle the 6th most supported team in Norway. NUSSC (Newcastle Scandinavia Supporter Club, mainly Norwegians though) currently has 1400 registerd members pr. 29th of july (could be more, as I think that's the count up from last year). I myself are a huge fan as anyone else. Unfortunatley I havn't had the chance to visit Newcastle anywhere near as often as I'd like. Last time was with my dad(who has been a supporter for 34 years now) in April for the WBA game, so we got the chance to say goodbye to Shearer. Now the future looks bright, as I have started working on a ship. So now I work 4 weeks, and then have a free period of 4 weeks where I don't have very much to do, so I imagine I will take a few trips over to Newcastle to praise some of the most holy things in my life - Newcastle United and beer.
  10. MOTM: Bramble Also Shay saved our asses out there. In my eyes we didn't lose three points, we won one point.
