Our aim next season should be 7th. Sunderland will still be a threat to that imo. They'll make some canny additions in the summer, and the majority of EL games should be absolute piss.

Fuck me, can't say I'm looking forward to next season at all. Sunderland finishing 7th and taking Europa (which is basically where we should be finishing) is utterly humiliating.

Think we need to brace ourselves for the triple misery of Sunderland in Europe, Spurs staying up, Pool getting that CL spot.

Potentially 3 trophies in 2 season for Palace. Who would have predicted that. I thought we'd be the exception in breaking the trophy barrier dominated by the superleague clubs, but it's looking fairly routine right now. Europa League would have been brilliant for us next season.

Yeah, feeling proper bitter about this We would have pissed this next season if we'd qualified. For the league cup, we had to beat teams with 2-3 times our budget. For Europa League, you just smash minnows, or at best, take on a PL club a bit below our level.

Unlike Trippier, potentially Schar, and even Krafth, feel pretty much nothing about his departure, as don't think he particularly cared about the good of the club these past couple years, only the good of Anthony Gordon.
