  1. Sorry like but he isn't a winger. He is a 433 forward. Nathan Dyer and Jesus Navas are orthodox wingers. Gabriel Obertan is a channel forward made to cut inside and provide a few tricks. He doesn't have the directness of an orthodox winger.

Edit: He could easily have the physical attributes to be a winger of course. What I mean though is that throughout his footballing education he hasn't been moulded or groomed to be a winger. Pardew is just completely mis-using him.

Agree completely. Should be left side of a front three in a 4-3-3. The very position he did so well from to get the goal.

  2. Dreamt last night that this team had this tactic where they zip lined onto the pitch from the stands.

We did it at a game and pardew took part trying to be all James Bond and I was in the ground screaming about it

    f*** this guy

Think you need a break from this club man!

  3. That quote also exposes once again that he has no desire to setup his teams to attack, because in his mind it means you will automatically concede.

The guy is a complete moron. 11 men behind the ball, and hope for a bit of magic.

  4. Unbelievable quotes from Pardew today ... I saw an article on how he claimed a tactical change had helped us win the game on Saturday. Only to discover he was on about the other team's tactical change!!!

Apparently our win was down to Pearson bringing on too many forward thinking players. Pardew's blueprint it seems, is waiting for the other team to bring on too many forward thinking players so we can have a chance to win. Just let that sink in.

“When they made two forward changes I said to John [Carver]: ‘We have to win this game’," Pardew told the Chronicle.

“I knew they’d push and try to open the game up. In a way that kind of helped us.”

  5. We struggled to look competent against a shocking Leicester side.

Think the next few games will be a rude awakening for a lot of folks. In a way it is good we got that Leicester win. The harsh beatings in the next few games will have a more crushing effect on the people who think everything is fine now.

  6. Hahahahahahahahahahaha ... you have to see the quotes from the Gunigamp manager on Marveaux man!

“We know that when operating at his level, he’s not a player for Guingamp. His future is not here, he has the qualities to evolve well above. He has used us as a springboard but it does not bother us at all.”

“We do a little of Newcastle’s work, they are going to get a hell of a player.”

Honestly ... I could cry a flood of tears at the tragedy of gifting other teams Marv, Ben Arfa and Mapou man. The guy actually thinks he's going to come back to us, and be of use to us

    God this is too depressing.

  7. I like Soldado, and have felt bad for him, as things have not gone well at Tottenham. If they are smart they will start him again this weekend, against us.

We will launch his career in England, as we did so nicely for Graziano Pelle.

  8. Losing is no longer enough. I want this team to be embarrassed every game now, because of this horrible man.

It's like he hasn't looked at the upcoming schedule. Insufferable pant. He'll get what's coming to him very shortly.
