Great play by Gordon and an unbelievably shit finish from Wilson of all people
Throw this match in the bin man

We have these cunts pinned back with 10 men on the pitch, one of whom is Matt Ritchie.
Think they're going to drop a lot more points the rest of the season still.

The way we've played having gone down to 10 men is hugely encouraging IMO.
Bruno back next game now and we go on another almighty run to finish the season.

I love Joelinton man. Such an absolute warrior.
That sub probably means this ends with them beating us 5 to nothing now.

Joe Linton has been brilliant again.
He's the reason it looks like we still have 11 still.
Might take him off straight away if he's felt something, Although it does look like it might just be cramp.

In the last 20 minutes there have been posts saying get the west ham lad on and take him of set pieces
Ah, must have missed those. Didn't see any mention of Ashby.
I do think we could do with some variety in set piece takers though. Think we had that with Targett last season bur unfortunately he's been out.
Not sure who else could take them.

The amount of times Isak leaves the ball behind his feet…
It's funny because you can see he's still adjusting to the speed at which you get closed down in the Prem, and so is still guilty of rushing things at times.
I'm 100% certain it will eventually come together spectacularly well for him and us. Just a matter of time.

Fabinho sending Longstaff on holiday.
The state of Longstaff just then man

Dubravka is so rotten on crosses man. The state of him just then.

This man better win us the cup final next week, because he's really made life difficult the last few weeks

Earning a start next week with attitude alone.
There'll be space for him to exploit in that game too. Just hope Wan-Bissaka is still out and he's going against Dalot instead.

Isak's runs into the channel are so good. Can't wait to get some more talent around him man.
-
Maxi and Isak have been great. Great find from ASM, tough finish, but decent attempt from Isak.

Whatever it is, its ridiculous. People veer from him bein the best signing in our recent history to him needing to be replaced
Where has there been any talk of him needing replacing?!

The Trippier hate on here is hilarious
It's not 'hate' man. Stop it

Probably because they're being played by Trent Alexander-Arnold and he's being afforded plenty of time and space to do it.
Yeah ... as much as ASM has had him on skates running at him, TAA has taken advantage of ASM not closing him down as tightly defensively.

As much as I love Trippier and as much as he gives us so much going forward, it's so disappointing to see him constantly stood three yards behind the defensive line like a shit Sunday morning player. He's had a really poor couple of weeks.
Yeah, you're right, it has been increasingly noticeable of late. He's really struggling against quicker players with any sort of decent movement around him.

A half of absolute nightmares. Trippier shocking for their goals, Pope losing his mind. Two of our most consistent players completely shitting the bed, unreal.
That's why ultimately I just had to laugh at the ridiculousness of it all. They've both been so brilliant since they joined it's difficult to be upset with them. Just a horrid set of events all happening at once in the same game, after a heck of a good run of games.
Really crazy that we ended up singing Karius for the rest of the season despite Dubravka coming back and it's going to end up being a massive storyline next week now. Could be a heck of fairy-tale if it ends well. Here's hoping.
-
Trippier's defending on that first goal is a disgrace like.
He was tight with Nunez initially then starts running towards the lesser threat out wide.
Was clearly at fault for both goals as he was too deep in the defensive line for the second.
Horrendous showing for him.

One incontrivertible thing is that the CHUDS will come out out whenever we experience any little bit of difficulty.
Man ... just need to let manic depressives be what they are man. I'm completely over it now. Such a waste of time even trying to reason with them

First really rotten match in forever, and even then we're still giving it a good go and look decent.
Just need to get this one out of the way now. Think this performance really sharpens our focus for the cup final. We'll be fine.
This Liverpool team is also going to continue to drop points the rest of the season. Think they look shocking. We could have easily been the ones to take the lead first and caused them to fold.
Just a horrid day at the office this one.

The hard pressing which worked so well earlier in the season has completely vanished over the past handful of games
Joelinton does such a great job with the press high up the pitch. Having to drop him deeper has reduced the effectiveness.

I was thinking about that.
Karius has a once in a lifetime chance to redeem himself, he's been working hard for years for a chance like this too.
Given his life history, it could be the best story of the season if he makes an amazing match and the Toons get the title.
Potentially epic storyline for Karius.
Actually really glad that Dubravka doesn't get to play the final

Man this is sad ... Liverpool are so bad man. Genuinely think we would have dealt with them today.

Thought the ball was weighted beautifully for an open up the body Henry curler. Horrid strike.
