The thing giving me the greatest concern is the team setup and who will be playing where going forward. This currently looks all over the place. A longer term view needs to be taken with the decisions being made currently. If the plan is to bring in a right winger for the first team, then decide who is going to be on the left wing for the first team long term from Gordon or Barnes and play them on the left, and then stick the other on the right as a temporary fix. Central midfield then needs to be looked at in order to figure out how best to get Joelinton, Bruno and Tonali working together tactically. Willock has shown that he is not going to be consistent or reliable enough to feature in the first team now. The indecision and confusion in the front three and midfield three is absolutely maddening. We need a consistent team that is being drilled to play together and build some rhythm and chemistry. Shaky results and performances are one thing, but it's the lack of direction for me really. If there was a clear team and direction we were working towards, it wouldn't be anywhere near as worrying, and you'd at least feel things would pick up soon. At the moment it just feels chaotic, and it's going to be very difficult to turn things around this way.

Would be happy to just know what the best 11 is, and what role each player is supposed to be playing in it. We can then build from there.

Still won't be left in one position to settle down and build some consistency and confidence. Don't think he's being managed well at all so far this season.

This is comical. West Ham are so chaotic.

This is actually making me more pissed off about Monday now. So annoyed with football right now man
-
Saka has picked up 3 assists in the first 30 mins of the game man.
-
They might concede 6 today.
-
This is the Arsenal people were calling Stoke City. The way they are opening up West Ham so easily man, who look awful. But yet came to our stadium and took all 3 points.
-
It's awful man. It's December and we don't have a settled first 11 yet, where everyone is clear on their roles. Very bad sign.
-
Every game Saka to Gabriel terrorises from set pieces and no one can stop it. Very annoying how easy they make it look, when you look at how poor we are in comparison.
-
Unfortunately it seems pretty clear he's uncertain of how to integrate them into the team. Or for some reason is unwilling to stick with them until they settle into the first 11 and build chemistry with the other players around them. The indecision and confusion has been the worst thing for me.

If he's the solution, might as well fold up the whole club.

The one appointment that might actually make us worse and piss off a ton of players, depending on who he decides to scape goat when his awful football doesn't turn things around.
-
The guy is struggling for form and yet it seems every match he is being moved from one position to the next during the game. The whole thing is a mess.

The refusal to buy a right winger and a reliable backup striker has ended up leading to so much indecision and rotating in those positions it's unsettled a lot of players. No rhythm or consistency or a reliable first team at the moment. Add on top of that this Tonali confusion and not finding a way to get the best out of him in the team, despite him being involved and training with the squad the past year. The season is looking a disaster at this point. Failure to get into Europe with the fewer commitments we have this season, and a league that really is quite open bar the top 3, is just so terrible, and will mean we start losing key players.

Just throwing points away man. This is disgraceful.

Guehi Absolutely perfect!
-
Can't believe they didn't pull that back and send him off.

Garnacho is so poor.

I was watching a bit of the game earlier. They did not look convincing at all in that new system. Don't think the players are good enough for the roles some of them are playing.
-
Things fell apart against West Ham with Willock having to go off injured. Do we perhaps need a more reliable upgrade for that role he plays, then he can just be a rotation option as he does pick up a fair amount of knocks? I'm actually dreading seeing the starting lineup for the Palace game. Can almost tell now from our lineup how the game is going to go. Not sure it will be one that works well, especially if Willock is out.

So many more decent matches in the group stage
