  1. The most annoying thing about this guy is that he doesn't have the sense to just keep his game as simple as possible. If he did just that alone, he'd be so much better. He's ridiculous.

There’s 0 reason to panic. We’re taking in draws we’d used to be losing, and we’ve been on the end of key injuries and key ref decisions that have literally taken points off the board for us. We created clear cut chances to win this game and between lack of luck, great goalkeeping, and inability to finish those few chances we didn’t comfortably win.

I am chilled as I’ve ever been, this is a process and we continue to build, even if a game like today can leave us annoyed at 2 points dropped - trust the club to learn and grow at every opportunity.

The last two games coming in such close proximity have been so incredibly annoying ... but you're right.

West Ham next though, God help us all when Bruno, ASM and Wilson miss out again, and Paqueta runs the show.

The problem is that there's no acknowledgment whatsoever for his good performances. Against Forest and Man City he was excellent, against Wolves he was very good, against Tranmere he was fine, against Brighton and Palace he was poor in poor team performances.

Even then, with proper officiating he plays a big part in our win today

It's always stupidly over the top.

Maybe I expected too much of him.

I guess this is the first time under Howe's style of play he's been in the team without either Bruno or Shelvey alongside.

Really thought he'd take more responsibility and be more influential as the most attack minded midfielder, but it appears maybe that's not really what he does. He just doesn't seem to look to get on the ball much. The whole thing is baffling really.

Of course you don't understand Kaka, outside of being hysterical, there's very little you do.

I cannot fathom how you're satisfied with his performances, but fine, if you think I'm being hysterical.

This is Tranmere, Liverpool and Palace now this guy is just floating about out there and not getting on the ball and doing anything.

When Wood comes on and looks like a statue mis-controlling everything and being caught on his heels there's no issue with calling out his performances. Willock has been terrible.

I think Willocks trying. He certainly puts a shift in but he looks clumsy on the ball lthis season. He's played every game this season including Tranmere. Maybe he's feeling a bit leggy considering his role is to he box to box. That's a lot of running and a lot of football he's playing.

He certainly looked gassed on Wednesday night at Anfield.

It's so frustrating man. The guy's play is so poor right now. He really shouldn't be starting. He needs some time out of the team.

  6. Very impressed how solid and organised we continue to look despite the players we are missing right now.

Great that despite the struggles high up the pitch we are putting points on the board still, and a point at Liverpool would have made this one more tolerable.

The good thing as well is that the manager and club know where we are short and so just a matter of time before those areas are addressed. Hopefully early on next window. Real shame we didn't quite manage it in the summer.

These last few games have really exposed both Almiron and Willock in those forward areas where we are currently struggling. We all knew they weren't key players, but this is just ridiculous now. I'm just over them really, and have no interest in seeing them in the team anymore. For the meantime, once injuries are alleviated, they should only come on sparingly to give others a breather. Same for Murphy and Wood.

True, but when Liverpool are struggling against the likes of Fulham, Palace and Everton, it might not matter.

Not just Liverpool. Still haven't seen them face Chelsea, Spurs or Arsenal either.

Man City looked vulnerable against us because we actually went at them, which all of those teams will do as well.

Liverpool beat them quite convincingly in the Charity Shield at the start of the season too don't forget.

League over when City paste Villa later?

Need to see Man City against some of the other teams up there.

If they brush them all aside could be an embarrassingly easy season for them, as I'm pretty certain we can't count on Arsenal to maintain these levels throughout the season, as much as I'd love for that to be the case.

Nah we just listened to what the manager was saying and what the journalists were briefed

The manager never said that business was done before the window closed and neither did any of the journalists explicitly say that.

In fact the journalist that was strongest on perhaps suggesting business was done was Luke Edwards and you were all annoyed at him for it.
