Spurs just as big a joke as we are
-
-
Doherty man, you sissy
-
-
Almiron plays number 10 for 5 mins and then subbed for big man Carroll
-
Lascelles wants off pronto.
Joelinton and Darlow actually positives from this monster s*** today.
Joe Linton
Staggering stuff.
Both have been decent tbf
Don't waste your time man
-
Finally got Almiron off Wilson, Joe left and Hendrick right.
-
Ritchie is such a wreck less try hard. Gone charging into that when he was miles off.
-
How unconvincing and timid was that talk from Bruce to Ritchie?
-
Hendrick ending a fine interplay between Jo and Almiron with a scorching drive to the corner flag.
-
That coach of ours is so cringe worthy man. So loud, dumb and desperate.
-
Ritchie screaming like a little girl when he had both hands behind his back. Embarrassing.
Looks like our tactic is to aim for arms then
-
This is literally school boy football from us
-
The formation isn't the problem, it's the way Bruce uses it. Compare this to how Brighton use it, Wolves use it, we used it 18 months ago...chalk and cheese.
Yeah, we don't look good in any formation really. This is purely down to our manager.
West Brom and Sheffield united both also play this way and with lesser players and look much better than us.
-
Thrilled I captained Son this week. Urgh.
-
Bez not pulling any punches. ?
Garbage from Bruce today. What will his excuses will be? Injuries? tiredness? Bad luck?
I'm actually looking forward to what he has to say for himself
Can't blame Rafa for the formation anymore, which was a big one for him.
We've got a new striker now too, and we still don't look like scoring, and so none of that talk will help him either.
Back to back premier league games of absolutely abject football.

Spurs got back from Macedonia two days ago and are doing this to us
It's like a nice warm down exercise for them after their travels.
-
-
Three games in and we still haven't lined up in a 4-2-3-1, to give the striker as much support as possible.
-
I like how everyone just stops and stands still when we eventually get the ball. It's like, what are we supposed to do with it?
It's clear we don't spend a second working on it as a team.
Just playing for set pieces and hoping for the defenders to get on the end of them.
-
Playing Almiron on the right turns him into such a limited footballer.
We saw it all of early last season and still the manager persists. He hasn't noticed it at all.
-
As a defender, you would rather score an own goal than let the ball run across you a yard in front of goal. Complete rubbish from Ritchie.
I do not understand how this team looks so passive against a side that was playing in Macedonia three days ago. They were not pushed back, they sat back from the first minute and have no interest in letting the forward players influence the match at all. You would expect a bit of fight or aggression at the least. It should be about 3 or 4 to 0 in the first 30+ minutes.
As soon as Spurs scored 5 last week I knew Bruce would do this. Actually mentioned it then.
It's just incredible man. This is a Spurs team that for the most part have been unconvincing under Jose.
That result last week was really just due to a very high line from Southampton that they refused to adjust.
-
Happy to see Lewis looks well at least.
-
Switched to a 3-5-2.
Shelvey Almiron and Hendrick central.
Joelinton and Wislon upfront.
60 million surely they must have a shot?
My mistake think Almiron and Joelinton have just switched sides.
In any case I'm not expecting too many shots with us just sitting so deep all game.
We don't work on passing the ball from the back at all, which is already incredibly difficult to do from such a deep block.
Wilson will end up looking a lot like Joelinton did last season.

Aiming for arms is Bruce's revolutionary new tactic
