Considering his injury history I wouldn't pay more than £20 million at the very most for Wilson. Ritchie + £10 million.

Because that’s where he played at Hoffenheim mostly.

Yeah, but not in a traditional sense even. Also played behind a front two in a 3-4-1-2 or with another striker in a 3-5-2.

As far as what is required from modern forwards today, he's really a more innovative manager's dream. He worked under one of the best young and up coming ones in Nagelsmann.

Saw the video below a little while back and it really was very depressing. We had no business buying Joelinton with Bruce in charge really, as I doubt he truly thinks about how to use the player in such depth. He thinks about the game in a very traditional way.

Stumbled on this the other day ... their hat trick striker looks good. We should sign him. Or better yet maybe ask their manager for tips.

Absolutely awful signing. Not good enough, and frankly broken in the head.

 

Would certainly prefer the money collect interest in Ashley’s account and persist with Joelinton.

I think Joelinton will be used deeper going forward with a more established striker coming in, as was the case late in the season.

In any case I definitely agree that Morelos is super feisty, but honestly, as long as it is curtailed and channelled more productively I wouldn't mind a bit of that in our team to be honest.

As far as quality goes it's tough to say for sure with it being the Scottish league. I ended up watching him mostly in the Europa League from last season and he was really good, particularly against Porto. I think he'll go on to do well provided he can control his agro sensibly.
