This guy looks plenty good enough to be one of two options on the right for us, as he seems to have an incredible work rate along with being a threat going forward when you look at his data.
We have to be very smart about where we spend our money next summer, and if we can incorporate Minteh and be shrewd with the other moves we make, we should be able to improve the squad without losing any of our main guys.

I like Kambwala's energy.

Great environment at the club.
That's Isak and Bruno in the past few days making it clear they won't be pushing to leave.
Kudos to the manager and his team.

The players needed a wake up, and by the sound of it seems like Howe gave them that.
Nice guy Howe?! Well I never!

I think he might be better on the right. Think we could score a boatload from him running to the byline getting crosses in, Barnes arriving back post.
Could be a game changer if he slots in there.
Looked very comfortable running at defenders down that side too, and will have no problem bursting by them on the outside with his pace, and putting in a decent ball, like he did for the Schar goal that was disallowed.
Very interesting indeed.

This guy is a legend.
His unreal appearance record, and the fire he plays with every game man, top top player.
-
The Schar and Botman partnership was unreal just after the takeover.
Think he was always meant to be a rotation option at centre back, however Targett being a crock, and missing out on left back targets meant he ended up at left back.
With Botman being out so long, going to be very useful having him back at CB.

as badly as we played at times I think we had much better openings and chances overall, and Schar very unlucky not to score
haven't seen the xg but imagine we came out well on top
Great result considering we were without 11 players, they had a fully fit squad and defent home record
Barnes and Anderson good off the bench - we've really missed that so much this season
fingers crossed Willock is okay
People complained about Anderson and Barnes not starting, but having options off the bench if things aren't going great, has been key lately.

Regardless of all the slagging off on here - seven from the last 9 points all within EIGHT days, great return.
Unbelievable really, considering the state of the squad at the minute.
This team keeps fighting through, even when we're in bad shape and things are looking ugly.

Fantastic result.
Great to see the team hold the lead after the Everton situation.
Get in!

Can't believe some folks think Willock should be starting ahead of Joelinton.
Really need Willock and Longstaff to be squad options going forward if they stay.

Only from clips, Brazilian football isn't something I watch a great deal of tbh
Looks to be great at breaking up opposition attacks (which is something we're desperate for) but also has a great eye for a pass. He's very similar to Bruno in the sense he very rarely loses the ball. He's not exactly the true 6 I want to sign, but if we're replacing Bruno like for like I reckon he's a good option.
I was pretty certain I read he was off to Liverpool, but I guess that never happened given they bought 3 or 4 other midfielders instead.
Ah, okay. Interesting. I've seen similar descriptions of Pablo Maia.
What kind of 6 would you prefer for us to go for then? More of a physical ball winner like Ugarte?

Have you seen much of him then?
I've just seen his name about loads along with Pablo Maia, but haven't really seen either play.
What's his game like?

Don’t forget Howe tried to get him on loan in his first transfer window with us.
Wow ... actually forgot about this.
Probably would have gone for him if he hadn't been made available so late in the window after we had already spent our money.

£30 million man. Fantastic signing.
Just had a check and it appears it was more around the £40 million mark actually!

On current form, Chelsea catching us is more likely than us catching Man Utd. They've got a pretty easy run-in too (Chelsea that is, don't know about Man Utd's)
I suppose the good thing about Chelsea is they are capable of losing to absolutely anyone, and so it's going to be interesting.

Two soft pens, a keeper mistake, a deflection and another couple of defensive injuries. Great night.
Two absolutely turgid sides.
I'm fine man.
we're numb to this.
I legit would have broken everything in my place ... that would have finished me

Someone check on Froggy, legitimately.
If our result the other night was infuriating, I can't imagine what this was for Man United supporters.
My goodness

So hilarious, but bad result for us, unfortunately.

He's not exactly in a championship squad. He's as culpable as the rest and seems likes it's just a wage for him now.
I've always thought the players around him at Liverpool and then Man City made him look better.
If you put him back in the Man City team, he'd look far more dangerous again.
