If I was Liverpool I’d cling on to Salah, with Klopp going it’s a risky moment for them - a bad appointment can really sink a team - helpful to keep senior pros in the dressing room to maintain standards. If Henderson, Klopp and Salah left in the space of 12 months could leave a big hole.
For that reason I hope Salah is in Saudi Arabia by august.
My worry has been Salah going to Saudi for £130m and them whacking that amount down for Isak. -

How true that is I don't know, but more often than not they buy poor, then degrade players, so you're buying a poor player that's been made poorer, yet they expect a return, and dumb clubs pay it, you go there, you'll get burned.

Man U transfer listing their entire squad apparently, with the exception of Garnacho, Hojlund and Mainoo.
So basically any of the ones you’d actually want to buy.

It's been pretty poor generally, they won 5 of their first 6 league games, but assuming they lose here, their next 28 would be W6 D11 L11, so that's 29 points in 28 games, which wouldn't even work out as 40 over a full season.
Just wiki'ing Ferguson as well, thought I hadn't heard his name mentioned much recently and he's been injured since the end of March and his season is over, but he's only scored 6 goals all season, 3 of course against us, and hasn't scored since November.
Mitoma and Ensico have been injured most of the season, with the drop off to their second string quite steep, esp with the way they player.
Also sold their two best players in the summer. Can’t rely on every random kid they sign from the Peruvian 7th division being a world beater.
De Zerbi seemed to be angling for another job a few weeks ago.

This doesn't include yesterday's but he's storming up our penalty scorers list. I don't feel an ounce of doubt when he steps up; the coolest fucker I can remember.

How was the atmosphere today? Sounded like a friendly, but TV can be misleading.
The “Matt Ritchie, he drives what he wants” chants were good. Atmosphere was decent at the start and even after their goal if a bit techy. Once the pen went in it completely died on its arse. -

The PA bloke giving the 4th goal to Bruno was so weird.
Literally no one in the ground thought he'd scored it
Yeah and he announced the subs before the goalscorer too. The only thing I could make out about that goal was that it wasn’t Bruno -

If Man U are only offering £2m then I think we are fully justified in our stance. I’m sure there would be room to compromise if they made a more reasonable offer.
Reckon the out come of arbitration is probably a meeting in the middle on both counts 7/8m and can’t take up duties until after the summer?

In all honesty I wouldn’t be too sure of that - punitive clauses in contracts are not enforceable in England, regardless of them being inserted into a contract or not, and he might be able to claim against us stopping him from working.
He’s getting paid though? It’s not like he’s being stopped from earning. -

If they're genuinely getting Osimhen, then they'll immediately become annoyingly decent like.

Going to be laughs where every club needs to sell for FFP reasons but there's no one to sell to because we are all in the same boat.
It feels like that moment is rapidly approaching mind -

They are meant to be but they have players who they can offload for decent fees ESR probably being the prime candidate.
Also the new FFP rules are great for Arsenal when they come in.
Arsenal fan at work is adamant that they can get £30m or so to Nketiah or someone like Palace. I’m not so sure. -
Worth it for that French kid crying hahaha

Has it not been teams adapting to deal with him better and Ten Hag just blindly taking the same approach with how he deploys him.
Local lads are always a lightening rod for criticism when form is bad, except with Rashford he doesn’t have an obvious escape like Gordon did.
