I genuinely don't think you appreciate just how much he's done to turn the whole feel of the club around. A lot of that would go if we go down the route of bouncing between "top" managers like Jose and sacking anytime there's a dip in form.

There's a big difference between being told you can't question Howe and asking for a crumb of perspective like

Can see a world at the end of January where he's under a lot of pressure, but I think and hope those in charge will see the bigger picture and stick with him. Sacking him would be such a massively backwards step in a number of ways, both footballing and the whole culture of the club. Be absolutely devastating if he goes.

Way too much emphasis being put on the derby game imo. It's the most important game their sad little club will have for years, it's not even the most important game we've had this season. Lot of catastrophising in here, it's been a rough month for sure, but we're still in a good place and are more than capable of reversing our momentum next year with the guy we've got at the helm.
