  1. Better away than for a long time. Tactics to get rid if danger and long ball but pressing them and they are making mistakes. It was never going to be easy away from home against these but we have had the odd chance. Just hope he doesn't give half time team talks like the last few managers. We look more organised but these still opening us up, the effort is certainly there and Sissoko looks better on the left for most part.
  2. Much better movement and tempo. They have a load of the ball but we look dangerous
  3. 6 minutes and the most aware we have looked for ages. All downhill now
  4. Ah, fuck it let's batter them. Just hope we see a glimmer of hope tonight. Interested in how we keep compact and Sissoko on left.
  5. total breakdown when he starts Colback and Sissoko with Riviere up front
  6. It's not the back 4 that concerns me, it's the protection they don't get from midfield. Hoping Rafa finds a quick way to make us compact without the ball
  7. There is a chance he will see him similar to ramires being deployed at Chelsea on wing to help full back. Difference this time is that we have Janmaat bombing forward and our left backs are best staying back. I can see him loving Mitro, Perez and Anita as they at least try and work hard. The key will be hunting in packs, not holding on to ball too long and getting centre midfield right.
  8. I'm about a 7 at moment. Depends on the next 7 days. Win tomorrow and I think we will be the scum. A scrappy 1-0 tomorrow would be great. Going to be tough though
  9. Tbh, no matter how bad the football looks from here on in everyone surely will get behind them and hopefully make the difference at home at least starting with those paedos
  10. From articles I have read about his tactics and selection I can see him playing Shelvey and Anita in centre with Perez and Townsend on wing and Wini in centre. He gets the wingers to drop straight away out of possession before the team press in 2's zonally. Hope he can organise us quickly and make us compact. Contrast that with McLaren or Pardcunt and I bet they just picked players they perceive are hard workers or scared to drop with no other plan than that
  11. What formation will we actually go with under him. Bound to be 4-2-3-1, he loves that formation doesn't he. I was reading about his love of zonal marking today and how Liverpool conceded least set pieces for 2 seasons and his Valencia team conceding least goals in league. Hope he can sort us immediately

It's just a ridiculous situation. Even if he is a shit manager, the way it's being dealt with is not respectful to Schteve, the fans and the players will not know what's going on. If they are getting Rafa sorted then fair enough but still think they should have sacked him first

Beyond a joke now, but what do we expect, they are idiots

Probably just delaying the bad news that he is staying and preparing their responses to inevitable questions from journalists. He will be in charge for Monday's game and we will get gang banged by 11 blokes in blue

I reckon they have every intention of keeping the spazzy one and are just delaying, hoping we don't notice until after Leicester game where we will draw and keep the loser

It will be someone British, can't see them going for a forrin at all. It's going to be Redknapp or Pearson and we will be no further forward
  17. But what about Robin of Loxley? I don't see how some bloke in tights will fix this but worth a try. Friar tuck could replace Derek Wright and little John can butt fuck Sissoko back to France
  18. Really don't want Pearson, Redknapp of Sherwood. Think every one would be a total disaster in long term as keep us up and they would stay. I would go for Moyes or Rafa and wouldn't rule out Rogers
  19. I think you can blame McLaren for his part in this. We look bigger losers than ever and he has persisted with a terrible formation all season. We have no width, midfield is overran too frequently and 1 up front has been killing us. A reluctance to dump players like Sissoko, Colo and Wini away from home and not realising Mitro probably needs a partner up front

Tbf they shouldn't need a board meeting. Charnley should have text him at half time and sacked him. This club has to become ruthless as we are so wet across the club. There is no resolve. Look at them nonces down the road, one of them caught fiddling and they still crack on winning points, we would have crumbled under the pressure
