Oh for god's sake cheers up for at least a couple of hours after a good win, mate As far as I see it this just makes Pardews job secure again. And I can't stomach having a manager job charge who doesn't want to compete for any sort of silverware. Ignore them, man. Or just enjoy a good win. We all still want Pardew out, but the guy has survived enough turmoil for it to be clear that no matter what he's not going anywhere any time soon, so you might as well just enjoy what you can. Fair enough if you can, I've got nowt against it, but for the first time in my life, I just can't. I just don't feel it. This isn't breaking any pattern that I didn't see last year, I foolishly got excited briefly last year, again, to have it thrown in my face from Jan to May. Don't get me wrong, I'm still not as passionate as I have been in the past, but I really like football, and my watching my team is important to me so I've decided I'm going to just enjoy the good stuff as and when it comes. I'm sick of being so cynical

I thought Sammy was fairly poor today overall, otherwise it was a solid set of performances even if it was a little flat. We're getting some decent performances out of seemingly shit players at the moment - in addition to Obertan not playing badly, Taylor and Dummett are both doing well and had good games today.

Love me a bit of Sissoko

I felt a bit sorry for Obertan when he got injured, he was playing well again.

I'm just gonna forget about anything outside of the 90 minutes now, I'm bored of being so apathetic - I actually like quite a few of our players. Easily said, I guess, when we're not absolutely turgid every week. Good result

Doesn't seem long ago Jeff Stelling said "And Sunderland just.can't.beat.Newcastle". How quickly times change

My Timehop for today was pretty amusing

*couldn't give Sorry, this error really gets on my tits. I think Americans are the worst for it but I'm seeing random euros do it now.. Well either way it's very little fucks.

Don't remember the last time I watched a draw with so few teams in it same.

Next in the production line of players to single handedly keep us up and therefore be gone for 15m-25m in 6 months time?

Rivière was decent when come on. Showed good strength.

I've had no problem with him this season, even if he shouldn't have been given a chance to play as he has. Surprised at how many headers he won.
-
He's been our best player this season imo. Has he shite. He's contributed fuck all upto the last two games. Easily our best player this season (albeit not saying much). He's shown positive signs throughout imo, it's just easily missed when everything else is turgid.

Well that was a pleasant surprise.

I forgot about Raylor's monster throw.
-
Obertan has played well again.

As much as I hate Pardew, if our reward for putting up with him is a trophy then he can stay. BUT that's not gonna happen.

That's cuntish from Sagna there.

He's been good this year.
