They're nowhere near that level of shit to be fair. Steve Hunt and John Gregory would be the worst I've seen and had the misfortune of being present when they played. Some of the Sir Bobby reign was grim like. 83 to 84 period especially.

Never been so unenthusiastic for a game against the Ghillie Jockos.

  12. Rumour has it that the victim was all shook up And his former club looks Way Down too.
  13. ...and didn't take penalties. If he had (no idea why he didn't) he'd probably be pretty close considering Shearer's record is made up of 56 penalties. He took one at Highfield Road and missed it. Never took one after that.

  16. We think Mike Ashley is bad and the circus he has ringmastered here. Well spare a thought for my home town club and it's supporters. https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2016/nov/05/coventry-city-sisu-southampton?CMP=share_btn_tw
  17. To stop Jayums McLayun feeling unnecessarily smug after their attempt to strangle the poppy.
  18. mcgrath was quick? i was a bit young for early mcgrath but always thought of him having great positioning rather than pace (not that they're mutually exclusive i suppose) largely due to his f***ed knees Man U and early Villa McGrath was rapid. I haven't seen many better defenders in my time. Lawrenson was another who could motor. And Kevin Ratcliffe at Everton Agree with McGrath and Ratcliffe. Lawrenson not so much but had this great knack of when it looked like someone was away from him he could slide and his leg seemed to extend an extra foot to reach the ball! I once saw Lawro go past Cyrille Regis at his peak after giving him a five yard start in a chase for the ball. Deceptively quick because of the smoothness of his running style. Lawrenson was another who found defending remarkably easy, or his manner portrayed that.
