He was never signed to be a backup to Isak, he was signed to (in the short term) take a few minutes away from Wilson and maybe fill in wide roles as well. Sadly Wilson has been perma-crocked as usual. There's surely no world in which we intend Osula to be second choice next season, but I also think he will be a great asset to the squad overall.
