  1. I often think I would have been accepted here if my bones, muscles and nerves were stronger.
  2. You're not even watching it, man. If this sorta thing ain't proof about daft agendas against players, then i dunno what is. Guthrie's not a bad player and, if you're making judgements based on the radio, Guthrie has been one of our better players. This. It's pathetic. Both Guthrie and perch are s***, neither are talented enough to face premier lague opponents, especially Guthrie, his passing is probabbly up to PL standard but everything else is not, hes basically a less committed alan smith who some times can pass. Perch is a s*** fullback who becuase Steven teylor has a broken nose is playing cb yes hes played it before, might have if Taylor was fit but hes a s*** fullback and an even shitter cb Exactly, but it seems you aren't allowed to voice your opinion here. Shit players are shit tbh. Yeah sometimes they say you arent allowed to say that so if they say that just send you post to someone who is popular, give them a fiver and ask them to post it and everyone agrees with it then.

  4. It dont start until about 15 mins before the match starts, Mr Impatient Thats a bit shit but better than15 minutes after like some things.
  5. I signed up for the commentary but I cant hear nowt how to I get the commentary? match live?
  6. Oh no I am quaking in my boots at the thought of facing their mighty first team.
  7. What happens if we don't lose and have no injuries, we will never know the answer to this.
  8. I like it more when he drifts out wide, centrally he can beat people but wigan closed him down effectively. Dont think he should play on the wing but should certainly be allowed to interchange with the wingers.
  9. Keegan obv and Sir Bob ( I like honest, tell it like it is types) What about Andy Cunningham or Charlie Mitten, bet you just started following us when we got in the premier league. Our history does not start with Hughton and end with Pardew FFS. Further down my list comes Willie Mcfaul, but we never really got to "know" those managers as we have since the 90's due to TV etc. I'm sure we used to get the odd glimpse ever now and again of older managers on TV or read the odd comment in the press, but not quite the same. I've also met KK and Sir Bob in the flesh on several occasions which also helps. Best really not to bet on things you know nothing about ;-) I was messing, i met sir bob once, liked the fact my middle name was the same as his fathers.

  11. god damn missed msot of it ggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
  12. he's as Irish as Vinny Jones is Welsh.
  13. I dunno, our reserves would beat them, and they probably will. We could play them at the same time.
  14. I think he's s****, and probably overweight or carrying a bit too much for his diminutive frame. Against Arsenal I thought the mackems actually defended well and when they did get on the ball, worked it well enough. They just lack a true cutting edge in midfield and up front. Add Bent and Gyan to that side and a playmaker in midfield and they would be a much more different propersition. As it is they have no creativity in midfield and not attack up front to speak of, not without Bendtner anyway. For the money they have spent though they have done really badly in terms of players signed. The Man Utd duo of Brown and O'Shea look off the pace. I remember Brown was quick and adaptable but from what I've seen he's cumbersome and doesn't look sharp. O'Shea used to be quite comfortable on the ball for a defender and a good reader of the game but he hoofs it a lot and gets himself lost in position. Could be down to confidence, tactics or even the culture shock that I believe Nicky Butt struggled with moving from Manchester to Newcastle at first, or it could be they are simply past it. There is a hard working, defensively strong, mid-table side in there for them but given their expectations (NETD's and all that, CL winners etc.) and the money they have spent, I think mid-table is a poor return. parts of it are confidence, parts of it maybe tactics. They used to be managed by probably the best manager the world has ever seen, now they have Steve Bruce. Ferguson can make reasonable players look very good and good players look great. We've seen the with Butt the difference Ferguson makes, with them he was very good, when he came to us he was shocking generally. Playing with 9 or 10 of the worlds best can make you look good because others will make up for you mistake. Playing with 9 or 10 mediocre players make even the best look crap unless they are an enigma in a free role. Plus sunderland are f***ing s**** in general. I was reading this without really thinking and started to wonder that do you mean Keane or Reid or who? I mean brown and o Shea used to be managed by SAF

  16. With his performances so far and Best's performances. If we were to sign one player in january a left back would be my choice.
