  1. I doubt you'd be thrown out for celebrating in the director's box.
  2. I've just been reading a webchat from this lunchtime that the Birmingham Mail's Villa man did. In it he says that he "knows that a decent number of the players have flights booked for Monday, and won't want a broken toe or similar to ruin anything".
  3. Told you, you're staying up, the worry is null and void. You'll see. I shall be here on Sunday evening saying "told you so".

  5. They're both American. 70 percent of American males are called Brad. That's a statistical truth. off topic, but how many Brad's are there in the US national side? Well in their last match there was: Brad Keller Brad Cherundolo Brad Conrad Oguchi Onyewu Brad Bocanegra Brad Reyna Brad Dempsey Brad Donovan DaBrad Beasley Brad Lewis Brad McBride So, quite a few

  7. We ALWAYS have players out of position, MON is obssessed with it. Apparently LY is a no but AY has a decent chance. He'll stick NRC or Gardner at RB to cover for LY, which isn't too much of a problem, unless you've got a bit of pace on your left flank. We won't have, don't worry. Although, so bizarre are MON's selections at time, I wouldn't rule out Brad Guzan playing at RB.

  9. Why give a fuck what other people think? If i was at SJP and saw us get relegated, I reckon I'd probably shed a tear. I sure as fuck wouldn't give a flying one what anyone sat watching SSN or MOTD thought.
  10. I doubt they are even bothered about finishing above Everton. Team finishing sixth starts the Europa League three weeks before the team in fifth, so there is some benefit. I've said this a billion times, but will say it again, we're fooking gash, you'll beat us on Sunday, I would put money on it. In fact, I have. It is other results you need to be looking at, though. I am mentally incapable of not wanting us to win football matches. At the end of the day, if we beat you and you go down, it won't be our fault you went down. It won't happen, though, so this is wasted typeage. And typeage isn't even a proper word. Word. thats gonna have to be your sig as from monday. What, all four lines? Meh

  12. Agbonlahor will be playing alongside Carew up front, it will be Milner and Young on the flanks. Although i hope he drops Gabby, who looks fooked, and plays Delfouneso.
  13. I always want us to win, to be honest. What I think will happen on Sunday is you will beat us (seriously, it is almost as if you lot haven't actually watched us play, one win in 3.5 months, and that was at home against Hull, and even then we struggled), but I look at that Hull - Man United match and really, I don't know, I can see it going both ways. Oh, and i can actually see Sunderland going down, purely because the schadenfreude exhibited in those RTG avatars and sigs is just asking to be repaid. Of course I shall be hanging around. Good good, what was it brought you here in the first place? Lived up there mid - late 1980s, used to go and watch you a lot, back in the day.

  15. Thing is, he's looked like he's worth it for the last chunk of the season.
  16. Where are you sitting mate? Please don;t tell me it is the Upper Holte.
  17. WHERE IS DR SPECTRUM? We have a winner!
  18. Sky have apparently paid the club to book block a massive chunk of the car park behind the North Stand for "after match reaction". I don't think it is to catch the opinions of our lot if we fail to clinch fifth, either.
  19. Our away kits are usually white, so not much of a tribute there, tbh. I actually grew to like this year's blue one, controversially.
  20. They didn't, they were at home. They beat us at our place
  21. Our new away kit unveiled this Sunday and is apparently designed 'to celebrate the fact Villa have had more players play for England than anyone else'. The posters advertising it in the club shop list the 67 players. I reckon it will be that hideous kit Nike did for Inter away this year. Teaser: http://www.whenthenationcalls.com/
  22. OMG...what a midfield compared to ours! Creativity and pace in the same package which are exactly what we're lacking so badly! None of our midfielders would be even close to breaking into that mid4. Sad but true When you play two wingers, the two in the middle need to be sensible, one goes forward when needed, one sits back, both need to do their defensive duties. Barry and Petrov don't, as they're pretty much the same player.
  23. Hopefully by the corner. I'm in Q3. Q1 is the far end of the Lower Witton stand. Actually, I think it is the lower, anyway, but you'll be in the corner in any case. If it is lower, you'll get plenty of "banter" with our lot in the cheap seats in the lower North. If youre upper, you'll get a better view. Yeh it is lower, can always move if I don't like the seat, is it also true that no beer is served in the ground to away fans? Yes, it is true. You are denied the chance to buy lukewarm pints of flat Carlsberg in plastic glasses, served at the speed of the shrinkage of the polar ice caps by temporary staff so stupid they can barely speak, at 3.30 a pop.
