I've just been reading a webchat from this lunchtime that the Birmingham Mail's Villa man did. In it he says that he "knows that a decent number of the players have flights booked for Monday, and won't want a broken toe or similar to ruin anything".

We ALWAYS have players out of position, MON is obssessed with it. Apparently LY is a no but AY has a decent chance. He'll stick NRC or Gardner at RB to cover for LY, which isn't too much of a problem, unless you've got a bit of pace on your left flank. We won't have, don't worry. Although, so bizarre are MON's selections at time, I wouldn't rule out Brad Guzan playing at RB.

I've said this a billion times, but will say it again, we're fooking gash, you'll beat us on Sunday, I would put money on it. In fact, I have. It is other results you need to be looking at, though. I am mentally incapable of not wanting us to win football matches. At the end of the day, if we beat you and you go down, it won't be our fault you went down. OMG...what a midfield compared to ours! Creativity and pace in the same package which are exactly what we're lacking so badly! None of our midfielders would be even close to breaking into that mid4. Sad but true When you play two wingers, the two in the middle need to be sensible, one goes forward when needed, one sits back, both need to do their defensive duties. Barry and Petrov don't, as they're pretty much the same player.
