Isn't that figure distorted by how many 'fans' were arrested after the Sunderland, the majority of whom the police confirmed had not even attended the match? That's what i was thinking... I think 130 got pinched that day so that would leave us mid-table at the 45 mark... The data seems to include 29 arrests from the Sunderland match.
