Just adding to this in agreeing that Shola was truly awful last night. Wasted passes, poor tackling, falling over too often, slow movement and lack of enthusiasm. Start Best and Ba for now I'd say, even Sammy should be ahead of shola at this rate.

Really up for this game, looking forward to seeing the midfield battle and how Santon does on his debut. Come on lads!

Personally I'd give him at least a good three 90 minute matches in reserves before putting him back in the side. He needs to get that fitness up and harden those legs a little just in case, looking forward to his return

I can't understand how people keep asking this question. We have Krul and Harper, our only 2 senior GKs as Ole isn't ready for the step up or good enough. We needed cover and now we have some.

I'll be fucking ecstatic if we get a proper striker tomorrow, absolutely over the moon......but I fully expect Macheda to join on loan and us to struggle on upfront until January. Signing a striker is the toughest of all transfers and it just becomes mental when you have basically a day to do it in.

I just don't see us signing a striker tomorrow. I'd love to be proven wrong but I think it's all going to come too late. At least the window shuts at 11pm so most of the day can be used but I'm not going to hold my breath (even though my fingers will be crossed.)
