Best possible team at the moment. Think we can get something from the game.
-
Not. 15 € on us (dnb) 37.50 € on us/draw. 2 € on Nolan to score (anytime) and us to win 2-1. Good if we draw, jackpot if we win, not a disaster if we lose.

I have that strange feeling that they will turn it around.

2-0. Wow, I'm genuinly impressed by the fact that a Mourinho-led team seems to fall apart. Real Madrid manager at the start of next season? Probably not.

did you see bremen last night ? terrible, surprising as german football in general reallly seemed to be on the up a year or two a go, this season has been terrible overall. Those who say that the Bundesliga is better than the Premier League need to watch some games imo. Whenever I've watched the Bundesliga this season (and it wasn't Dortmund that was playing) the football has been really shit. This month, for example, Bayern were playing against Leverkusen - a top match on paper but it was such a boring, slow match (despite the 5-1 result that it was in the end) If you have a match like Chelsea vs Arsenal (same positions in the league table as Bayern and Leverkusen) you'll normally get a very good game of football.

15 € on Schalke (dnb) returns 115€.

Dortmund are confirmed champions now.

Have 15 € on Cologne. Returns 82.50€.

Only ever away visit was Frankfurt in 2006 in the UEFA Cup. Wasn't that great (0-0) but I still loved every minute of it. Was my first ever NUFC match in a stadium as well.

What about the Milito offside goal in the 1st leg last season? Or the blatant penalties not given to Alves and Pique late on? Or the disallowed Barca goal in the 2nd leg for no apparent reason, which would have sent them through? What goes around, comes around, and he gets more luck and decisions than most, that's without even mentioning Porto's run. Have to agree with most of your post. I have to say though, I can't really speak about Portos's CL win as in this time Mourinho (and the CL without English/German teams) didn't really interest me. All I can say is that, in that semi final last season you spoke about, the red card against Thiago Motta (I think it was him) shouldn't have been given and with 11 vs. 11 you can have a different game and you can see Inter scoring a goal. Motta shouldn't have been sent off but Inter shouldn't have been 3-1 up, and you can also argue that he brings on these red cards himself, constantly setting teams up with these 'spoiler' tactics, to intimidate and bully the opposition, and his 'me against the world' mentality'. The reds he gets sometimes are harsh, but a lot of the time they are fully justified, and the way he sets his teams up in the big ones, a red card is almost inevitable. Not explained well, but I hope you understand the point I'm making. You can't say 'Inter shouldn't have been 3-1 up' as without their 3rd goal that was offside, they probably would have gone on and tried to score that 3rd (again). And yes, Mourinho's tactics against Barca are negative but, how would you set up a team against them? The only time they were beaten in the current time was against a Mourinho-set-up-side. If Motta wasn't sent off, they probably would have gone down to 10 men another way, that's kind of my point. I'm not saying what's the right or wrong way to play against Barca, but I find Mourinho's constant belittlement of officials and other teams a bit...off. If Motta wasn't sent off, you never know what happens. You could be right, though. Mourinho is Mourinho, if it wasn't his nickname already I would say he's like 'a special one'. You just know you'll miss him once he's gone.

Is there any other way? If he plays open Barcelona will tear them to shreds. I guess he'll have a tactic in place that will see Real scoring the first goal. After that I don't know, though.

If that's true than Nolan should sign a deal just for Joey to sign a new one.

He has his point, though. In 2009, no way Barcelona should have got to the final. Yesterday, if Dani Alves steps up quickly after the tackle from Pepe again - no way there's a red card for him.

112.25 € on Real Madrid to win. 15 € on Real Madrid (-1).
-
As expected. Real to win.
-
He will. It's the Champions League, man.
-
Thought he was almost certainly off to Bayern Munich? Bayern might not even be in the CL next season though. I guess if it isnt confirmed then Man Utd can still hijack the deal. It's said that Neuer only wants to go to Bayern, though. Wouldn't be surprised to see him as Man Utd Nr. 1 next season, though.
-
Jonas, Tiote and Barton, yes. Nolan is available as well.
-
Cheers. Having seen Schalke in the Bundesliga a few times this season and having seen a lot of Man Utd's games recently I knew that if Neuer wouldn't have a super great day (which he almost had) Schalke wouldn't have a chance.

He. Won't. Join. Liverpool. He's an Evertonian.
