Joe Hart for example also went away from Portsmouth after being sacked and didn't go back to his former position.

For me Mourinho is the best manager of the world. Maybe the only one who could follow at ManUtd after Sir Alex. Would be great if he somehow would ever be our manager - will never happen in the near future, though.
