Harsh on Martins, i sympathise with him getting frustrated, i mean all he had to feed off were scraps, and when he finally got the ball at his feet, he was so frustaraed all composure went out the window. Cisse had lots of nice passes played to him throughout the whole game, and good crosses, Martins had precisely nothing. The tactics are what are really at fault today.

I still think Kinnear is doing a decent job, but he comes out and says he wants the job full time, well yeah but you've actually got to show you do the job, and today he looked tactically shit tbh, no creativity, just long ball after long ball to a donkey and a 5'7 striker. He made the subs 15 minutes too late, should've taken Butt off at half time too. Yeah he won the ball but he was injured so he didn't track Marlbranque for the first goal and got caught out with his foul for the second, i know he has experience but he's shit and i think Guthrie's performance suffered because of him, practically like playing with 10 men, unbelievable.

What did he honestly think we were guna do? For 10 minutes we couldn't string more than 2 passes together and they were running through us with ease, all we were doing was hopelessly punting up the fucking ball to Shola who won 2 headers all game. He could see we weren't goin to do anything i'm sure Jonas and Barton have trained enough to manage 30 minutes of football.

Honestly JK has a lot to answer for today, i'm not fuming with the performance but his ineptitude at the subs, he let us soak up 10 mins of pressure playing a crocked ginger twat and Geremi, Roy fucking Keane got it right, 60 minutes make a change, fuck's sake anyone could've seen that he should have made the changes fucking 75 minutes in.

Thing is for Poll, if this card gets rescinded, and he's still stuck to his guns and went on about how it was a pen, he's going to look like a pillock.
-
Too lightweight, Geremi breathed on him and he got knocked off the ball. One of the best players you'll ever see technique wise though.

Possibly the worst conditions you could ever judge a defender on tbh, confidence is so low atm and he's brand new too, i still think it's harsh to judge him.

Don't see the point in risking further damage by playing Martins and Beye in a CC match. Might aswell get them proper for the league, which is what really matters tbh. Bring them on at half time, play Nacho, why not risk him for this one, got nothing to lose tbh. -
Bit harsh on Colo, apart from getting done for the goal, he had a pretty decent game. But for him and Taylor, they're practically covering 4 positions between them. Zoggy is usually somewhere else, so Colo has to pick up all the pieces with him. Edgar might as well not be there, so Tayls has to cover him, plus they've got their own positions to cover. Defending is about confidence, if you don't have the belief you'll make a mistake. With the current situation, its even worse, because the whole team is demoralised too. So i can sympathise with Colo a bit, he's obviously got a lot of pressure on him, so i can forgive his lack of concentration at times, plus he's trying to adjust, and its probably the hardest position to adjust to as well.

Seems, he really wants to try and be stable tbh and not risk playing youngsters and inexperienced players when he can. If you were in his position would you really have the balls to go and pick a really attacking side, when you know that you don't have experienced enough defenders to cover counter attacks. He's not an idiot, he's just doing what many in his position would, play it safe, try and get a point, stabilise for the new manager. P.S He was a defender when he was a player, yes? Might explain his more safety first tactics.

How can anyone say KK is blameless in this? Yeah he had a right to walk but if he really cared so much, he would have at least thought 'the fans have been through enough the last 5 years, let's see if i can work on it till Jan, the teams been playing well and signings have still been good' he then could have quit after that. I'm sorry but to say he has a right to walk after 1 transfer window, where he could've worked out his issues, is about as rose-tinted as it gets tbh.
