How would he face legal action? The bloke woefully inept and deserves it. Agree that Ashley could solve a lot of personal problems by sacking him mind, 3/4 of the match going fans would instantly forget his other failings Yeah, I'm just trying to think of reasons he wouldn't be sacked. It makes literally no sense. True. Its stubbornness nowt else imo Yeah. I just can't agree with the idea that Ashley is doing it to spite us all. It definitely feels like that but he surely can't be this evil it's a living hell.

From a PR angle I'm amazed more don't do it.

Will check train prices - if affordable I'm in.

Yep, gross misconduct, would have voided any clause I'd have thought. I was surprised about that to be honest and maybe negates what I've been saying when was the last time a manager was fired for gross misconduct? or indeed anyone in the top level of football? Yeah, I was agreeing with you. If you actually want an answer - I have no idea
-
That's it really - only way we get results is when we get new players in who get off to a flyer. That doesn't even seem to have happened here at all, the opposite really. They all look like they can't handle the pressure from the crowd.

Which is why we need to make his life hell
-
If he sacks him he could be liable for some sort of legal action we don't know about (something behind the scenes/contractual). I can't see any other reason he'd be keeping the clown other than because it's a complete stand off. Ashley could gain back a huge amount of popularity if he ditches Pardew plus it might save us from complete self-destruction. There must be something else to it...

Not to the homeless guy obviously
-
In all fairness - given the wages of footballers - it's incredibly easy for them to appear saintly. When a footballer gives a homeless guy £100 it's seen as the most god-like charitable thing ever while, in reality, it's the equivalent of me donating about 3 pence.

I really think Ashley is trying to call his bluff. He can tell Pardew will crack soon and resign without a payoff. Ashley is an evil genius after all and he certainly can't be stupid enough to let him take us down.

Colin Murray I know he wasn't a popular presenter for MOTD but his heart is in the right place and he knows his stuff. Fighting Talk hasn't been the same

mint idea

Moyes for me. Probably need to accept the fact that we never seem to hire foreign managers.
-
I've said it earlier, he ain't getting sacked. That's clear as day. He is here until the end of the 2015/16 season. That's a fact that I have on good authority. Let's just stop building our hopes up and back the players. Bit coincidental this good authority about the 20015/16 season after the statement released this week 18,000 years of Pardew

pardew is doing a great resources considering he has limited job gab gab gab gab gab cabaye
-
"we all know what he's capable of, just needed a fresh start" I predict that. It's meaningless enough.
-
Agent Bruce We're his dream job. He can make our hell end. Stick Ben Arfa there, batter us 3-0, I reckon Pardew is dead. If he does that I'd happily welcome him here if he was this shit he would have walked away ages ago, at least.

HOW HAS HE NOT BEEN SACKED

Maybe having it with the new manager instead...
