  1. Well we're getting what we deserve here. Can't have any complaints.
  2. Why do none of our players shoot from outside the area? We know what is a chance of happening when you do.....
  3. You keep missing chances...... Get Owen on for Nolan or Butt, and Jonas on for Edgar. Absolutely nothing to lose.

    A decision

I've tried to tell myself all week I won't be watching, but I just simply have to.
  5. I don't know if anyone actually realises how bad Villa are at the moment. If we show the same effort and desire as we did against Fulham - I'm pretty confident we'll get all 3 points.
  6. The 'last post as a premiership fan' is going a bit far. Even if the worst happens tomorrow, I don't think it's the last time we'll ever be in the premiership.
  7. I had a dream that we scored early, Villa equalised and we went in 1-1 at HT. Man Utd B are beating Hull 1-0. We come out all guns blazing in the second half, take a commanding 3-1 lead after 80 minutes, Villa scored their second after 85 and then equalise in the 93rd. Word gets to the KC, SAF tells the 4th official to play an additional 6 minutes, orders one of his rookie defenders to make a massive mistake and then Hull equalise.
  8. At least Villa will actually attack us and not sit back like Fulham/Portsmouth. I can see us scoring, it's just whether or not we can keep a clean sheet.
  9. Yep, not on until 1am Monday morning here in Aus, so I can go to the pub until midnight, and be pissed rather easily by the time I get home. Only problem is, after we lose getting to sleep will be impossible, and I'll be off to work on Monday morning with no sleep behind me and in a terrible mood.
  10. So in other words, a slap on the wrist and a 'you naughty boy Mr. Ferguson'.
  11. If (and it's a big if) we win, we'll stay up. There's no way that both Hull and Sunderland will win.
  12. The thing is, bad refereeing decisions cost us more than other teams because we're only capable of creating one or two clear cut chances a match. If that decisions goes against Man Utd (hahahahaha) or another team that's in the top four, it's not really going to matter because they'll create another 10 or so opportunities and go on to score 2/3 goals anyway. Has it been mentioned anywhere about their goal being offside though? Thought it immediately after it went in but no replay was shown (not the first ball to Nevland, but the second ball from Nevland to Kamara)
  13. That's not what I said at all. But it was bound to be highlighted following our match against Boro. Also, why was no-one complaining about Howard Webb when he gave us that really dodgy penalty against Sunderland at home? 2wrongs have never made a right.. No, they didn't. But its swings and roundabouts, we didn't deserve anything from teh Sunderland game until Taylor went for the big dive and conned Webb into giving a penalty. So take the point off us there and award us the point against Fulham eh? That'll help. By they way, I'm not saying we've had more for us than against us this season, because we haven't, but poor refereeing decisions are not the reason we're going down.
  14. Foster Rafael Rio O'Shea/Evans Fabio Wellbeck/Gibson Fletcher Anderson Nani Berbatov/Tevez Macheda That side would still beat us, so there's absolutely no reason whatsoever it wont beat Hull.
  15. You have to go there intending to win - especially if Sunderland fail to beat Portsmouth. A draw might be no good for us, since I'm not expecting anything other than a 3rd string side from Man Utd against Hull.

  17. This is it. So, he was standing in front of the keeper. And..? He had be warned about it, and he had his arm out. Look at Nolan's reaction when the whistle goes, he knows exactly what it's for. Chris Kamara has just went through it with a fine tooth comb and he, Liam Lawrence & James Beattie all thought there was nothing wrong, and it was in fact Schwarzer conning the ref. It was a very dubious/soft decision, but Webb clearly went over there to have a word with Nolan before the corner was taken. What do you think about? It's obvious it was the only thing he was going to be watching, and Nolan really didn't need to be anywhere near Schwarzer, because he wouldn't have got there. Those decisions have been going against us all season though, and after getting some good ones against Boro it wasn't going to continue. It's not the reason we're going down.

  19. No he didn't. We're going down because we're not good enough. Can't blame us going down on one refereeing decision.
