I'm warming to the idea of Perch replacing Williamson. This is not knee-jerk because of that goal either. He's been dreadful for a couple months now.

Absolutely terrible. Can't believe people are blaming Pardew for the initial team. We were 2-0 up in 20 minutes. The players went to sleep. You can blame Pardew some for the 2nd half, but it was still unbelievably sloppy and uninspired.

Not really sure why Pardew (or any NUFC manager) has to be compared to SBR. I don't think anyone is claiming Pardew is a better manager. Pardew should be judged on what he's doing with the current team. Right now, he's a rousing success. If you really want to compare to past managers, how about we include Allardyce, Roeder, Souness, etc. as well instead of just putting him up against one of the greatest ever British managers.

If we are after him, iam going to take a wild stab in the dark and assume his contract is'nt far from an end.

Tiote is going to want to snap Gervinho when we play Arsenal.
