Games are at 7 or 9:45 in "UTC + 3" Time Zone according to Wiki. Now in the summer UK will be on UTC + 1 (5 or 7:45), and East Cost of America will be on UTC -4 (12 or 2:45). I think... Agree with this. Also agree with whoever said the FA Cup winner should get a CL spot. If those winners aren't the PL champion or runner-up then they take away 4th (and 3rd if EL winner is from England). Would, at worst, give clubs more incentive those competitions and, at best, spread the wealth a little bit more than it does now.
