    Joelinton

Put him on loan, we pay a portion of his wages, will do sod all here, could go to Fulham to join Mitrovic another briliant striker
  2. any point in keeping this thread going or are we living in hope by keeping our moral up via this thread in thinking what could of been
  3. why worry about whose coming in, thought everyone lost intrest in the club or is that bollocks as well
  4. I assume the PL thinks that noUK gov is fit and proper to run the country seing as we sell arms to all these middle east regimes whether Saudi's, Emirates or whomever but quite happy to take the cash for rights from these area's ,hypocrits .
  5. Harrogate Town now in football league, first time in their history
  6. think that with the Covid situation being ongoing , crowds will fall even for the B&W's, a lot of people have found something else to do.
  7. I would suggest that the bid could be revived without a time limit just to place the PL in a position whereby they have to make a decison, regardless of how long it takes.
  8. well, thats the first response to the failed take over, I assume that Joelinton wont be moved on at any price along with the rest of the muppets
  9. It will be interesting to see if the consortium go after the premier league, and also leaves the PL in a difficult position. The chinese cannot go after a PL club, Leicester owners aren't exactly squeaky clean, bearing in mind the previous controversy around those people so it's been stated. I believe there maybe other such owners also, they will also need to go down the route of sponsorship and see whether those people are fit and proper.I think the PL have opened up one hell of a can of worms here.
  10. gonna be interesting next season see how many turn up once the corona pop issue is over with.
  11. Funny how other owners of dodgy reputations and morals are fit and proper to run a club, wonder if there is claim against the premier league
  12. 13yrs in limbo, and it will continue ,Ashley will also be locked in as well as the fans
  13. Ashley would appear to up the ante and that gave the bidders an option to knock it on the head without penalties, as for Ashley he wins upto a point expect relegation next season.

    Joelinton

would never get anywhere near in the first team if in one of the top 5/6 in the P/L
  15. when does the transfer window open and could we miss it with delays in the takeover, I guess we cannot get anything remotely lined up should it happen, think we're on a sticky wicket here.
  16. once it starts teams will have to be quick out of the blocks to ensure they're ok, few months break may not seem much, but who knows how the teams will react, some are usually very good at the beginning and fade others take a while to get going, which could be detrimental.I think there are a few twists and turns yet to come.
  17. My question is, when and if this season finally gets sorted, when do we expect the new season to begin?
  18. Takeover expected next week states BBC, I suggest they're dreaming this won't happen till the season has been concluded one way or another, all we need is a spike and next season may not start as usual either.
  19. will be moved on, part of the potential old regime.
  20. can't see the takeover going ahead until it's confirmed the club remains in the premier league
  21. anyone know the state of Ashleys finances with the virus , must be losing a rake of cash
  22. Was reading an article on the Bundesliga, one of the major reasons why they need to complete the season is in order to get the final payment from the TV rights - if they don’t get this, then a number of German clubs will go insolvent Don’t know where the PL is up to with payments? Think they have their final instalment? The PL I believe have to pay TV mopney back to the sponsors , hence the panic over where we are with when and it should be finnished
  23. Believe this when I see it. Staveley may well be putting heat on Ashley to reduce price or, PL are looking at a way for the takeover not going ahead by bringing politics into it. It doesn't seem to bother any arms manufacturers who buys their stuff, so why should the PL and the rest worry who buys NUFC politics just politics.
  24. The obvious solution to all this nonsense is, Liverpool champs, no relegations in any league, followed by only promotions. The following season reduce number of promotions, increase the relegation pro rota thus by the end of the 20/21 season the books will be balanced.
