  1. That makes it even worse...
  2. Seriously mate, if you like a half decent pint and wanna be relatively near the ground, rather ironically go to The Hotspur. Nearly all the bars along Haymarket will be child friendly for the match and they're all relatively near the ground. Failing The Hotspur, The Strawberry would be a great shout. Perfect for football (albeit the toilets are minging) but it'll show your laddie what it means and what it's all about. You can tell him who the pictures are on the walls and show him some of our prouder moments. If you're travelling via train, maybe head across to Pink Lane (by Subway) and try The Forth, Tilleys and The Bodega. Not match bars but decent clientele and drinks. Slightly more expensive though. I'd definitely recommend The Strawberry though, despite it getting completely rammed, you'll be well looked after.
  3. I assume there's no tickets for England vs Wales? Or if there are they are ridiculous amounts? Had a glance this morning and couldn't see any for you. So who off here is going and what games? Camping in Faumont near Lens from 15th-19th and attending the fan zone in Lens on Thursday 16th for England vs Wales
  4. They thought they could get away with it and they very nearly did. Absolutely f***ing disgusting. Aye. How could you live your life pretending this never happened man?!
  5. It's the cover ups that make this disgusting. If the truth came out immediately those culpable would have served their time by now and football would have moved on. People make mistakes (albeit not many as costly as this). The fact it's become a complex web of lies is disgusting though. Sick.
  6. Please expand on this. Genuinely interested. its spot on that statement btw. went to Hillsborough one time mid 80s, went on normal bus service- not supporters coaches, getting off at Sheffield we were put in police vans, and literally herded into a giant pen at the back of the leppings lane end, this was the morning btw maybe 10am, we had done nothing wrong. we were held there with no food no drink no toilets until the gate to the match were opened. sheff utd- 90 promotion game, stopped vans driving into Sheffield and escorted us all back to Durham, despite having tickets and no offence had been commited, other than maybe shouldn't carry people in vans. Was also at that spurs game- 87,got separated from my dad, I watched the game from the top of a fence as there was no room on the terracing. South Yorkshire Police were well known for being absolute c***s in the 80s. I can remember trips to Bramall Lane where they'd basically barge into people going into the ground, just looking for a reason to get it to kick off. They were truly despicable b******s, police of the type you'd expect to find in a totalitarian state* * which is PRECISELY what Thatcher's Britain was, right kids? I felt that back in 2007 or something when we went to Bramall Lane too...nowts changed. It will now though.
  7. Goals win games, as cliché as it is. Arsenal are akin to what you have mentioned and they're not within reach of any of the cups.
  8. Are we actually taking you seriously?
  9. Could be deducted upto 10 points if found guilty apparently.
  10. Thanks. I understand your knob rarely leaves your palm given your superior knowledge of this worldwide connectivity... 2 clicks told me who she was. I too have now mastered this skill. Time to enter the dark side.
  11. Thanks. I understand your knob rarely leaves your palm given your superior knowledge of this worldwide connectivity...
  12. Dear Leonard, I write you with regards to the delightful image you have as your avatar. Can you please provide me with the name of this beautiful specimen that has graced our Earth? I would like to plant it in my garden and grow one of my own. Yours Sincerely, Heza09
  13. We love you Rafa, cause you came from Madrid, We love you Rafa, cause you're not a London spiv, We love you Rafa, Ben-I-Tez we love you.
  14. Literally clicked on it just for your comment.
  15. Aye TBF like the French ones did nowt. We did get put in a warehouse with wall to floor perspex and searched 3 times though...
  16. In normal circumstances I'd probably agree but I feel this would only give Palace and Pardew something to play for. If we act as if nothing has happened it will put out what little spark there might be for Palace to go out and win. If we just get behind our lot then we'll inspire them to victory. Actions speak louder than words.
  17. It's not about him and he shouldn't be a distraction. Non stop support to the team and Rafa and forget about Pardew, don't waste your oxygen on him. I agree with this 100%. Don't give a shit about anyone but us at the moment.
  18. Fair dues. As if he potentially cost Spurs the three points and the league with that... Twat.

    Image of the week

I don't like this weeks image of the week, surely there's a better more flexible image...
  20. Is there a video of the incident anywhere?
  21. Because Clyne and Walker are better than him, and are equally in good form. How many can you take in the squad? 25? Forgot about Walker but it all depends who they intend to have in front of them. I get the impression that not only on here but in general people expect they're defenders to be decent at attacking primarily these days, which is a load of shite imo, obviously depending on tactics, etc.
  22. Why is one of the greatest actors ever one of those twats.
