Range of CB targets, even if we were looking for a replacement for Ba I would prefer someone more familiar on the left of a front three like Mertens, Payet, Bernard or Tadic.

Think the money could be way better spent than on Remy so I am not too worried, whether we will spend it on the other hand is another thing.

I'm not suggesting that both do it at the same time, but having them both on the pitch in midfield doesn't mean they will be simultaneously be playing as defensive midfielders.

Both Anita and Perch have the legs to play b2b and Anita in particular has the passing range and attacking presence to play further up the pitch. That duo in midfield is not necessarily as defensive as you seem to think.
