All they need to do is change the definition to: was there enough contact to fully impede the attacking player and was that contact initiated by the attacking or defending player. With that definition I’d take the first pen begrudgingly ut it would rule out the second easily

I’ve been thinking about our shortcomings this season and I’m veering towards the root cause being our poor choice of previous manager and completely getting fucked over by Ashley and left with an average squad which our manager has managed to get into the CL way ahead of what he should have. We’ve had what, a decent, maybe two seasons so far and now when our form inevitably dips for very good reasons people are now telling us Howe can’t do it. We’re on a journey, so far, I trust Howe to take us on it. If you don’t want to be on it then feel free to fuck off.
