This does not mean, he has a billion in cash as ' Working Capital' It counts his assets, shares in busineses, ownership of the toon etc. houses, holiday homes. I think, though i may be wrong, buying the toon, and the hidden 40 mil debt, made a huge hole in Ashleys working capital ( thats the cash he has at hand to invest in stuff). Which therefore restricts what he can now afford to spend on players, thus he is unwilling to take the sort of risks Shepherd wouldnt have worried about. To spend Money Ashley, has to turn assets into cash, ie sell shares in other stuff... after what he forked out, hes prob, thinking, hes spent enough.And the club needs to be generate its own cash now. Compare to Roman Abra.....whatever, who has a working capital, that runs into billions itself.

I think most people will disagree with you and say that is not possible just yet with the players and squad we have at present. What i actually said, was i think we can go top 6, top four would be possible if one of the usual top 4 have a poor season. He hasnt actually done anything yet though to suggest he should extend his contract BUt hes done enough for people to suggest he may be gone by christmas?

i hope he sees his contract out, and extends, I also have never doubted him an inch, anyone who wants to check back my posts, i was getting murdered at one point for supporting him. ive been to a couple of sub 10,000 league games at sjp, in that context dropping below 50k isnt the end of the world. im certain they will be back as kks rollercoaster gathers pace.
