That's exactly what happened actually. Still in Chat.

Well they should bloody fight then. Get Mike Napoli to kick some Gatorade stands over, really go mental.

    I don't know. I just completely, really, don't know.

A likely story and, as it happens, a true one. If I ever got the keys to the Chat forum then the place would somehow be taken down within 48 hours.

Fuck. Thought it was MLB 2013. Long shift. Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to move it back.
  6. You knew what you were doing yet you still did it. Come on man, you're giving the bookies money there.
  7. Prefer BTTS to over 2.5 but went for the latter in a double last night, just couldn't see there not being goals. BTTS tonight. And yeah, going in quite heavy on yous on Sunday, just can't see you not winning. You're a tad under evens across the board. Absolutely class value IMO.
  8. Once again proving that not putting a bet on here leads to greater success rates, my over 2.5 double in the CL games came in tonight. First win in a little while.
  9. Dortmund's odds are horrible tonight. 2/5, 4/11.
  10. Wow, Barkley starting. Seems a bit odd after dozens of chances to play him over the past year or 2, he deems Spurs away as the best chance. But let's hope he lives up to the potential he undoubtedly has.
  11. "Everton will set out to make things difficult for Spurs and they will be delighted if it is a scrappy game. If it is, I can see them leaving White Hart Lane with a point." No, Lawro, we won't be delighted you patronising piece of shit. Unfortunately, Bale and Lennon's absences is more than equalised by Fellaini, Pienaar and maybe Mirallas being out. Would be very surprised if we win, but a win is what we need if we've got any serious top 4 aspirations left. I don't for one second expect us to finish in the top 4, but a draw is of little use to us here if we're using that as a target.
  12. BTTS in the 3 3pms. Although Bayern -1 didn't come off. And my horse picks were way off.

Interesting viewing this. Some pretty sharp questions and even sharper answers.
  14. One of the best in Europe according to Pardew They are dog toffee, shame we couldn't give them a game. Not sure who to blame, depressing. Classic reaction. I get you're pissed off with the manner of the goals, anyone would be. But there's a natural tendency to think the opposition wasn't any good when you're blaming yourselves for a defeat. They weren't world beating, they weren't brilliant, but they were good. Their passing and movement was clearly superior and thus deserved to win the game. Despite that however the tie is far from over due to their very slack defending. But yes, can totally see why you'd be pissed off at how the goals came about.
  15. No, but I don't think they were average. I thought they were a good team for the standards of a European QF, albeit not brilliant.
  16. Yeah, I'm sure they'll be quaking in their boots at the thoughts of winning in... Switzerland.
  17. I think it reflects the share you had in the game as IMO Benfica were clearly superior. But it doesn't reflect the chances you had, so can easily see why some would say 3-1 was harsh. It's a shame the goals came about due to ridiculously poor defending in various forms.
  18. The diving hardly influenced the outcome, but some of it was truly pathetic. Gaitan in particular was cheating a hell of a lot. Shame, as he's a very good player.
  19. Dont be like that.. you have to accept that Benfica was better! Sense the whole Benfica thing is getting a bit tiresome now. Non?
  20. I agree except that I think the scoreline was hard on us. Two freaks goals and also an excellent potential situation stopped with a wrong offside call. Aye. Lose by one would have been fair, this hurts like fuck though. Two such rubbish goals to just give away, and being massively unlucky with both those off the post. Can totally see this, tbh. The "3-1 was fair" mentality is coming from quite a cold, hard look at the game. Perhaps the 3rd was a bit harsh. Especially when hitting the post twice (albeit let's not take anything away from the keeper for the first time), it's hard to accept. Put it this way: you're not out of this, not by a long shot. I can easily see you scoring a couple next week. Keeping a clean sheet though is a whole different ball game.
