  1. I'd take one, tbh. Not getting good vibes from this. Bale's injury will be a big boost for us, but we're missing Mirallas a lot the past month. Jelavic is off-form and our defence is really not solid at all. A game without getting screwed by the ref would be nice, though.[/bitchy] Is Mirallas not back today? I thought you had pretty much everyone back fit. Other than Neville and Anichebe, I mean, but that can't be heartbreaking. Has a chance apparently. But then again his injury was only supposed to see him out for a couple of games and he's missed over a month.

Even if we follow that 100% wrong opinion, he's saying that when they play well and are the better team, they lose. If they're in the relegation zone being the better team, I'd hate to see them when they're second best. The point is of course moot because the poster is clearly a moron.

Thing is he's backed himself into a corner here. He's saying stuff like "we're in a real fight there" and "I've got a massive challenge on". Unlike Villa where, league wise, he was getting good positions and then decided to fuck off because, behind the scenes, he wasn't given more money (I'm sure Brummie will correct me if I'm wrong there!) He has no place to hide and I don't think he'll get away with it if he does just down tools and leave. Unlucky Marty.
  5. Why is he not starting Tevez recently? Seems ridiculous.
  6. Catalogue of horrible refereeing decisions today. That's unfortunately becoming the average standard of officiating now.
  7. It's down the middle again! If Myhill had stayed down the middle, he would have saved both of them!!! He would have you know!!!
  8. It's a penalty, but it's a clear foul beforehand. Are referees living in an alternative reality here?
  9. Are referees officially completely blind this season? Jesus Christ.
  10. Oooooohhhhh I'm not sure! I'm not sure how you're still commentating, John.
  11. Sweepstake on how Motson will defend Cazorla.
  12. This analysis is absolutely awful. The video tidbits of Sunderland being shit in front of goal actually showed them having players in the box attacking crosses, with Shearer saying "look! No-one in the box!"
  13. Shearer is such a bumbling pundit.
  14. Fuck me, O'Neill's a broken man.
  15. Come off it, it was poor keeping but if Ben Arfa scored that the forum would be creaming.
  16. Brilliant strike from Johnson that.
  17. The fact that Lee Cattermole being out for 2 months is actually a big blow for Sunderland speaks volumes for where Sunderland are at as a club.
  18. Wasn't even massive booing after the penalty was given. Just quiet shrugs of shoulders.
  19. That's one of the thickest challenges I've ever seen.
  20. Is it just because the decisions are magnified like never before, or are refereeing inconsistencies at an all-time high? Even within the same game, different decisions for very similar situations. I can understand the occasional mistake but how can officials ever be respected if they keep giving differing interpretations for near-identical incidents? It's becoming an absolute farce.
