I know Ornstein had mentioned that he was going to extend his contract by 2 years to 2026 but not sure we ever got official confirmation
Based on since the WC it would be worrying if he has 3 more years left

Which classy team do you support?

Gutted for Eddie Howe, think the work he's done in the last 16 months deserved a positive outcome but wasn't to be
Hopefully with the final out of the way we can attack these 15 games with a bit more freedom
Then in the summer the owners need to back him, give 2-3 top players at least

Casemiro was outstanding for the cunts btw. Absolutely everywhere. Just the sort of midfielder we need to be after in the summer.
Defensively he was good but he completed 21 out of 36 passes, thought he was very sloppy in possession
-
Played well apart from the final 3rd
Was not impressed with Man-U at all, they were basically just punting the ball forward and we were naive at the back
Summer needs to be about addressing that cutting edge

Heart is beating at an unhealthy rate like

Kane scoring at the far post from a corner, always seems to score that type of goal, no idea how he is left alone

Wait, the ref was about to give Ziyech a booking for the tackle as well. So should have been two bookings for Ziyech and a sending off anyway
Nah, that was for Havertz

Rashford starts apparently
He was always going to start, was clearly mind games

Cancelled it for yellow now, right it was a harsh red, but equally by letter of the law it is a red isn't it? It's just not enough actual force so normally would be yellow but dunno if you can overrul as the red card is technically correct so not a clear and obvious error
I think he clearly goes to push him in the arm and it kinda of slips into his face is what saves him
Plus, Emerson came barging into him for no reason, that was worse than what Ziyech did
-
Common sense prevails, changed to a yellow
-
Ziyech sent off
That's not a red card like

This is true like, it’s not this final is some flash in the pan. We’re clearly on an upwards trajectory that’s taking us to finals on a far more regular basis. Tomorrow is all about enjoying it and Man U are the team I’d want us to win against the most in a final, aside from Liverpool. The fact that we’re without Pope takes even more pressure off us, and I know the lads will be up for it tomorrow. I reckon it’s going to be a great match of football
This is probably why I'm not totally shitting it yet (probably be different as we get to kick off)
Tomorrow feels like the start of something rather than a one off which is contributing to not losing it

Is Rashford confirmed out?
Nah, there was some noise about awaiting news but think it's all mind games
Guaranteed to start

The pitch at Wembley is basically exactly the same dimensions as SJP, isn’t it?
According to Wikipedia it's the same dimensions
I've heard/seen it be said so often now even though it doesn't seem to be the case
Probably a classic case of people just repeating what they've read elsewhere

I consider myself a realist when it comes to league games, not one of those that thinks we can win every game and think form etc should be factored in
But this is very much different, it's a one off game
Our fans will be better and we have players than can hurt them as much as they have players that can hurt us
We can win this and that's the mentality we all need to have for tomorrow, pessimism/realism can take a day off

They play 3 more times before we next play a league game that isn't Man City away. They're the early kick off on Saturday before we play Wolves at home on the following Sunday.
I think they beat Wolves and Bournemouth, just got to hope Man-U can beat them
-
Would be nice if Chelsea can beat Spurs tomorrow but unfortunately they are shite so will be a comfortable win for Spurs
-
That puts Liverpool 5 points behind us, effectively 6 with the GD
They two home games, Wolves and then Man-U
-
Interesting that Gakpo was caught by the keeper after his shot yet a penalty wasn't given (Considering the pen Arsenal got against City)

Schlupp is horrendous
Ayew and Mateta too
Only Olise from their attacking players on the pitch is any good

Milner tries to bring Olise down, ref plays advantage but then doesn't book Milner

Final ball from Palace has been poor
Newcastle United 0-2 Manchester United (26/02/2023)

Assuming City or Man-U win the FA Cup then it's likely to be 5/6 for Europa League and then 7 for Europa Conference League, right?
