It's mad like, does anyone know if the club gets any kind of per-game extra payment or is the TV money shared throughout the PL teams equally?
It's just under £1m per game
Last season we were shown 21 times and got £18.6m for it
The minimum a club will get shown is 12 times

The Sabitzer one reminds me a lot of the Felix red card, where he does pull back and the contact ends up being very minimal and for a such a short time
Yet the outcomes end up being very different
You know Man-U are back when they are getting marginal decisions in their favour

Love him to bits but he played them on twice.
And passed it straight to their keeper which then caused the Pope red, I get a fair bit happened after it but still his set pieces have largely been disappointing
His form is definitely tailing off, just hope he can really step up for the final

I thought you meant Gordon's pass.
Ah nah, Wilson
Gordon played the right pass and I get why strikers are so one minded but I see how a simple pass across from Wilson would have almost certainly resulted in a goal

He's a striker so he'd never have done it but I wish he squared it to Maxi, safer option

Liverpool and Chelsea likely to be better.
All of the top 6 can spend more than we can within FFP. We have to be spend better than them, better coached than them etc. all while starting from a lower base. Nearly all the top 6 have generational talents in their youth strip too.
Weve had a lot of fun players playing to the limit of their abilities. A more talented squad playing par could easily get less points than we had after 19 games (38 points)Don't forget 2 of the top 6 will be missing out on CL so they will also have the restrictions that we will have
I just think people are being doom and gloom merchants
Yes, top 4 this season would be immense but it isn't a must

Aye. I love that we have a real plan but sometimes you have to deviate when faced with a massive opportunity.
We could be a much better team next season and further away from the top 4.
Why on earth would we be much further away?

It's a good shout about the CL in 2024-25 format changing, so next season getting 5th is likely to be enough to get to the CL
The club will be aware of this, probably why they went with the safer and stick to the plan approach rather than risk it in January

This guy needs to stop thinking he's Neuer, it's embarassing. I knew one day it would bite us in the arse.
Wow, this is is some post
He's been brilliant at sweeping and it's been a big part of allowing us to play a higher line successfully this season
Went wrong today but no reason to abandon it

I think we’d have a far better chance, yeah. It elevates the club and everyone in it playing at that level. Makes it so much easier to attract your top targets and keep your top players happy.Fair enough, I don't disagree
I just feel the trajectory we are on, with no doubt a clear plan that we will get there

Think what you want. We had a great chance to build upon a very flattering brilliant first half of the season and we didn’t despite it being glaring obvious how poor we are in depth. I don’t want to negative but I just don’t see us having the same opportunity next season.
We’ve made fantastic strides assisted hugely by Almiron’s purple patch but anyone defending that abysmal transfer window is the one embarrassing themselves.
And say we did finish 4th would we have the opportunity to finish 4th next season?
-
Was brilliant today, just kept going and created a number of opportunities.

Falling apart here

I do rate Potter, not going to judge him on that mental job
Wasn't convinced it was wise to take that job but understood why he took it but looks like he might not last too long

Chelsea are a mess

Well, you're not allowed to, so cut it out!
Well, you might want to avoid this topic cos a lot of people will love to see Arteta tears

Get in Arsenal. Don't understand how anyone can want fucking Man City to win yet again ahead of this fantastic young Arsenal side. Fuck off!
It's almost as if people think differently, crazy notion

Of course Martinelli is scoring when I take him out of my FPL team
-
Duran should have passed it to Bailey there
-
Really hope they don't get a late winner cos the sight of Arteta will be unbearable

Arteta acting up on the sidelines again
