  1. This guy on now. All Mike Ashley's fault, nowt to do with Pardew. We have a sense of entitlement. A Newcastle supporter. Pathetic.
  2. What gives you that impression? We've been on runs just as bad as this, and there was the whole headbutt thing he got through no bother. If Ashley truly didn't care about fan reaction, why hide anything. The talking up the finances, trying to justify the sports direct advertising, hiring the PR guy Caulkin mentioned etc. There's a reason he's doing it. If it turns against Pardew enough he won't last, its just about how much is enough for Ashley.
  3. Good that coverage is increasing. He cannot withstand all pressure, I don't believe Ashley will keep him on if the national media start ridiculing his position.
  4. What and have him get us a point, f*** that. Hes only had the last 15 games to see this doesn't work, give him a break. He needs another half hour.
  5. Was about to say, Williamsons not been involved on the goal front of late. Bit unusual for him.
  6. Can't remember exactly but think its something like 2 games out of the 13/14 we've conceded the first goal & managed to score also. I'd not be to concerned.
  7. No NO NO NO NO NO NO you c***! That's basically the clearest indication possible that he thinks his real role is simply to keep us in the league. Small time thinking/his real job description. That quote gives it all away like.
  8. Nah, he'll defo retention how the first goal was important and it just didn't go for us. It'll be close to word for word.
  9. Not sure we have enough strength and resilience to deal with this stoke side like. Its what you need playing for a club like Newcastle.
  10. Sorry mate, but that sounds like a really s*** chant. Stop parking the bus, make them worry about us. You twat, you twat, you twaaaat. ?
  11. People should put/chant what they want instead of don't want. Negative stuff always gets written off as "They're just unhappy due to results" He needs to be told how we could be better. "Play Ben Arfa", " 4-3-3", "Make them worry about us, not the other way around" etc Make him understand why we dislike his approach. The rest he & the media will wipe under the carpet as being due to Cabaye leaving or whatever else.

    Sunderland

That really needs to be posted on RTG.
  13. So currently only the bottom 4 clubs have conceded more goals this season than us. Over the last two seasons only Fulham have conceded more & been in the prem both seasons. Defensive work is Pardews main asset
  14. He'd be useful in a relegation scrap. "All the teams we played was above us though" Yeah, apart from Fulham the side bottom of the table you utter plum. Its no surprise Gosling is satisfied with mediocre results though is it really, that is his ability.
  15. The headbutt and following set of results. He'd genuinely have been sacked by every other club in the league. The guy talks himself up in an absence caused by his own violent conduct, then comes back and his influence is to make us lose even worse than his caretaker A far better manager in Laudrup was let go by a much smaller club in Swansea. Having just delivered a trophy.

    Papiss Cissé

Up front he is. Not on the wing though. There's a sparkle in his eyes when he gets it on the touchline, robs a defender or two of their anal virginity with his blistering pace, and puts in a pin-point cross on the head of a late-arriving Vurnon Anita. Its the consistency with which he does it that impresses.
  17. Hasnt this all been said? Gouffran has been specifically at fault for goals recently & is far poorer than Ben Arfa offensively. Thats ignoring the difference in motivation of a player who hasnt been playing, in the lead up to a world cup, with far higher potential in his ability & after recently setting up several massively clear goal scoring chances. In a side who are struggling for goals. Theres no debate to be had. Pardew aims set pieces at a defender who hasnt scored in 5+ years.
  18. Biggest counter arguments in here now are about the degree to which its fair to hate Pardew It used to be over whether he was a good manager. No one even bothers.

    Andy Carroll

Man that first season back up when he got that hattrick against Villa. Then the domination from him & Shola against Sunderland. Fun times, he was really flying for us. Big shame he took the decision he did.
  20. Just seen this, thought you'd made it up. What in the world happened in his brain when he went 4-3-3 & started making soundbites about going for it. Must have hit his head on something.
  21. It was about the changing fortunes of a football fan, in general, over a long period of time. In 10 years time we might have forgotten all about Mike Ashley and Alan Pardew. It doesn't mean you have to like the current situation, but yes, it does explain why I don't have anything against people who still choose to support the club. Not sure many would consider it to be unpredictable. They'd see a cause & effect nature to the fortunes of us fans. Yeah of course, but I mean that seismic changes can happen, like owners and mangers coming and going for example. I'm talking long term. Say the stadium was poorly attended for the rest of the season & in turn the side performed very poorly. A reaction to poor management by the fans. You dont think it would cross Ashleys mind that the manager may be destablising the security of his asset before starting the new season? Ashley needs us on side, its not all one way. He needs Newcastle in the prem, he needs the exposure, there is a reason they try to lower peoples expectations.
