  1. No offence by why have you only been a fan since 2002? Because I didn't like football before then Queer alert. Takes one to know one bumlord.
  2. Also he has an obscure squad number (#44), suggesting he wasn't originally given one this season. Hamer was given #1, other new signing John Sullivan #13 and Pope (youth keeper) was given #30. To not give the guy that had started over 60 league games in the previous 2 seasons a squad number suggests they expected him to leave.
  3. My mate was saying that him moving has been talked about since April, with us being rumoured to be interested for a while. Maybe they've replaced him expecting this guy to already be gone?

  5. Looks like what the lad on here said about the signing might be true then.
  6. Every picture on that version is of Ji-Dong Won
  7. Don't like it either tbh. I'm not keen on legends having their shirt numbers retired either. Only time I think it's okay is when it's a posthumous gesture if a player passes away while playing for a club.
  8. Loads of clubs have done it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retired_numbers_in_association_football#Dedication_to_fans
  9. Simpson says the club want to do something with the #12 in an interview on nufcTV. Either a new signing (lerl) or I'm assuming it might be retiring it for the fans ie '12th man'.

  12. only post in this thread that made me laugh.
  13. Would like to see them sign purely because we're so thin on the ground in terms of centre backs.
  14. Any news about these Lens kids? Would ask Mehdi but he's never online anymore.
  15. See you there bro. Me too Motherfucking bro hugs all round guys.
  16. No problem if he's another for the 'development squad', more than happy to see us sign these kind of players.
  17. Yes there is doubt about it. Because that's a steaming pile of shite.
  18. He's already proven he's much better for Argentina, now he's at a team that isn't a running Iberian joke he'll emphatically prove it at club level too.
  19. 59 caps 13 goals 30 caps 13 goals
  20. Bollocks, much better player.
  21. Really? 3rd best? He's not even the best striker in his country. Aguero is better than Tevez. Yes he is.
  22. ..One. Whatever.. quit moaning bitchezzz He's their first choice keeper, too.
