Not really a fan of Rugby in general but I do find myself watching the World Cup when it's on, so will probably get along to one of the games.

Robben is selfish and defensively lazy at times, it's not hard to see why the fans my prefer Ribery who is a much more hard working player. Ribery is certainly not more effective. Robben is basically 2 in 3 in the league for Bayern while Ribery is 1 in 3. Ribery does provide more assists but Robben is no slouch in that area despite the greedy label. 2 performances in 3 years. Before this season he's had 32 goals in 53 games for Bayern. C'mon you're making things up now Mole. You can't say he hardly shows up. Robben is a winger and more of a match-winner. Never been a massive fan of Ribery. All too often top fullbacks will have him in his back pocket in big matches. Ribery is a big game bottler, and I say that as a fan of his. He's a great flat-track bully though, his Bayern stats are excellent: 233 games 78 goals 116 assists Robben despite those key moments you mentioned earlier (WC final miss, CL final pen miss) I think he more than often performs when it matters - match-winner, like you say.

Howay Benfica. Got a better chance of doing these cunts in the final.

Such a shit season this. On top of our miserable campaign, every European title being decided by about February and now these wankers winning a trophy they couldn't give a fuck about.

Didn't he have a partnership with our old target Maiga?

Sickening how much more a place in the final would mean to Basel over these cunts.

Love good old Marco Streller, seems like he's been around years the useless lump.

Colo's boys: Austria Salzburg away at Red Bull reserves (equivalent to Wimbledon having to play MK Dons reserves) Not football, but no doubt this mob support the football team too:

Shame the Bundesliga is fucked for the next decade. Formidable and admirable side, hope Dortmund spoil their party.

Maybe Mourinho should get more stick for letting it happen instead of having his arse routinely licked. I don't disagree, though Mou's head to head record with Barca is pretty great, it's just couldn't get his team fired up for the minnows it seems Because he didn't give a shit himself. He wanted the Champions League for himself so it was that or bust knowing he was fucking off regardless. 1 out of 6 of the major trophy opportunities while there, failure IMO.

Austria Salzburg, the phoenix club that formed after Red Bull purchased, renamed and bastardised the original club facing more bullshit from Red Bull this season. Not just happy with buying one club, RB now own 3 third division clubs as well. One of which is being used as Red Bull's reserve/youth team and are currently two points ahead of Austria at the top of the 3rd divison. This club they bought (Liefering) now play in the Red Bull colours/use wear the same badge and today were granted full license to play in the 2nd division (when usually reserve teams aren't allowed). They're claiming it as a 'partnership' rather than outright ownership to basically skirt the rules. This means that unless Austria can overtake them they'll miss out on promotion again, almost entirely at the hands of the company that knicked their club in the first place. Their fans just can't catch a break. Imagine if this shit happened to NUFC. Edit: just read that not only have the Red Bull team (and another under their wing) been granted a license, but Austria have been denied one to potentially play in the 2nd tier. What a ludicrous situation.

How childish was that interview

1/6 for Mourinho at Madrid in terms of CLs and La Liga. Very difficult to class his tenure as a success.

Teeing yourself up for a heck of a fall there.
