Ashley's too often keen to push his negligence to dangerous levels. We're in a position where we need to rebuild, he'll want to do it on the cheap... or nothing.
Saw in the Standard Allardyce having a pop at this lad about his hernia injury, "He says he feels it occasionally. Instead of gritting your teeth and getting on with it... he's not the type".

The guy's been given chance after chance but he's unfortunately proven himself to be much poorer/lazier/weaker/poncier than those ahead of him. Get rid.
The win over Stoke put us 3 points off 4th. It does feel like we've largely given up since then, pats on the backs all round for 8th.
