  1. We just look generally edgy, unsurprisingly, similar to the same match last season. Have just held on for dear life most of the half, annoys me when we do this but it (touch wood) usually works out.
  2. Tiote being a fucking nutcase. Making up for lost time in the yellow card hunt.
  3. If everything went the way Birtles said it should then there would be about 20 goals in every match.
  4. Ben Arfa will end up paying a fortune in roaming charges here if he's not careful.
  5. They should have a scrap of paper on the dressing room wall. Pecking order that applies come hell or high water, or poor form, or egos, or being nice to one another. Shambles. Pardew should really enforce his authority on this one. 1. Shola 2. Ben Arfa 3. Cabaye 4. Ba 5. Cisse agree though would probably have cisse lower than that. i have seen Taylor take some good penalties for the 721s and I'm sure Krul could take penalties Krul. FFS.
  6. English is my first language. ... doesn't mean what you just said. At all.
  7. Ben Arfa scored the last one, he keeps on taking them IMO. Unless Shola's on. So Shola, Ben Arfa, Ba, Cabaye or something along those lines.
  8. Get out. If you are pleased with his performance this season, then you need to get out. I'm not getting out, I'm staying. He's been shit this season, doesn't mean he's not a good player.
  9. They had at least 2 players on the pitch that were more suitable for the duty though, plus the only one we've ever seen him take was the one in pre-season, which he also skied. When he stepped up I said he'll sky this, and he did.
  10. The penalty thing's another reason why Cisse is similar to Andy Cole I suppose. Amazes me when brilliant finishers can't score from 12 yards.
  11. Called it as soon as he stepped up. Why Ben Arfa or Ba isn't taking that I don't know.
  12. Crazy that it's one or the other with Ba/Cisse. When we crack that we'll win the league.
  13. I wish I'd been able to see him play given his gloriously high standards.
