Correct me if I'm wrong but all but 2 Spurs managers in the last 20 years have eventually taken them backwards / had them floating around midtable, it's not like it's easy to even stand still in the top 5 of the league, never mind make small improvements on the whole as Redknapp has.
-
I'm definitely nearly asleep now, I wasn't even tired.
-
In normal circumstances I'd be inclined to agree but I think there's clearly been bad feeling there since the England business and once the relationship between manager and board is weakened like that then it's usually only going one way. If that relationship is tense and the trust on either side has been compromised then it's probably wise from Spurs' point of view to cut their losses at this point, especially when Redknapp was angling for a significantly longer contract.

It's all just mind-numbingly speculative at the end of the day though, I've almost had it and there are two and a half months left.

I'm not Dutch, take it up with Danny Baker.
-
There are more games on overall anyway, remember reading that they've bumped it up a bit.

Danny Baker @prodnose Larwenson about Robben: "Their is no i in team!" Er, there is in Dutch Mark (equipe)

Hahahaha I've just noticed in my Facebook chat that when Lawrenson said that T-E-A-M thing, my mate goes M-A-R-K: Moany Arsehole Rapes Kids.
-
Imagine a commentary team of Tyldsley and Lawrenson, I think I'd switch to rugby or knitting or something.
-
Lawrenson man you arsehole.
-
Areet Robben might be pissed off but he's clearly done that primarily to get off the pitch quickly. Lawrenson man, fuck off.
-
Any kind of thought that might be interpreted as a prediction...
-
If Mark Lawrenson was this stroppy in any other "client-facing" role he wouldn't last long at all, fucking muppet.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18430036 Fucking hell, that's a massive increase.
-
OK, perhaps I'm wrong then. I thought that £3bn was a relatively slight increase on the current rate? Everything I read said the Premier League were expecting a modest increase.
-
Inclined to disagree, the clubs already get a small fortune and they spend the vast majority on wages.

Can people post more often please, or else I'll have to do some work or something, cheers.

I honestly think the vuvuzelas contributed significantly to the bad football. The players feed off the atmosphere and vice-versa.
-
Yeah, it's a shame.

Wonder who the first person will be to misunderstand that and think Russia are effectively out of the tournament now.

Fucking hell, the bookies need to calm the fuck down. -
Yeah, ignore the swearing - I was just having a go at the organiser who has basically taken the £80 and fled the country. Welcome to the board man. £80 of duty free.........what a cu.................... He's from Scotland, he'll be spending it on heroin.
