Unbelievable and playing out of position. £35m starting to look a steal.

Absolutely quality this kid.

I despise the ballot system but I don’t think it’s that element of the ticketing thats effecting the atmosphere, it’s the auto allocation of seats. People who make noise could sit/stand together if they could pick their seats.

His range of passing and confidence to always been showing and wanting the pass make him stick out compared to youngsters who normally first come into the team. He doesn’t seem phased at all at the prospect of playing at such a high level at a young age. Once he fills into his frame and can battle more physically, we could have a hell of a talent on our hands.
-
It’s not just the feet thing though, his distribution has always been poor. His decision making seems to be weaning this season.

Never been more wrong about a player in my life and loving it.

Great win. Probably being reactionary but I’ve got serious doubts over Pope this season. Think he should have at least dived for Sterling’s goal and then nearly gave one away in the first half. If we’re moving to a more possession based style, he’s just not the keeper for it. Thought Miley was brilliant today. Kid has so much composure for a 17 year old and constantly showing and asking for ball. Hell of a spot for that Isak pass.

Because hes a diver

It’s 2 foot to the right of him as he watches it go in. It’s not a bullet and its not top corner. It’s shite to not even attempt to save it.
-
Sorry but thats horrendous keeping. Why’s he not dived for it? Its easily saved.

I hope they stick with the red numbers and stripes on the back. A gripe towards the end with Adidas was the patches on back of home shirts.

Is Kobel at Dortmund good or did we just flatter him in our games against them? Was impressed both games with him.

It doesn’t until the PL call an emergency vote to make international bans carry over for this weekend only.

Would rather we sort out new deals for Schar and Lascelles first before extending someone with 4 years left.

Still above Burnley after deduction

Callum Wilson: offered 'incentive-based' contract extension (Ornstein)

Never thought about specifically who but someone in the mould of what we had in Daryl Murphy in Championship or Wood first half of last season. -

I wouldn’t get rid of either fwiw. Wilson has a tremendous scoring record and both are best in the league. I just think we need to sign an older type of player who can come off bench occasionally and fill in when the two of them are injured. -
Looks very composed and constantly looking for the ball. Don’t think he put a pass out of place for first half and only 1/2 didn’t end up at one if our players feet in the second. Could be a serious talent if managed correctly if he’s showing this ability at 17.

Great game today. Can’t stop them all and faced enough tonight that a couple were going to get through.

I don’t think he’s made of glass like Wilson where you know you can’t rely on him for three games a week but he does seem to pick up a lot of short term injuries. -
At what stage do we hit the emergency loan threshold? Is it only keepers?

We don’t seem to have any youth striker who can come through and have a chance as our academy is honking. -

How many have their two options as injury prone players? -

Think we were very naive to go into the season without buying a third choice striker. Wilson and now Isak are starting to show that you can’t rely on them for a full season. -
Bad day at office. Players look absolutely fucked and need a rest. Really concerning that Trippiers been called up as he looks like the one who needs it the most.
