  1. gladback/hamburg/lille/scunthorpe/fenerbache everton/arsenal/man city/brighton.
  2. out of the 3 men behind Cisse, i'd say Obertan was the best out of them tbh. edit: tonight anyway.
  3. i've been pleased overall i have to say. you look at the market and either nothing is happening, average players are going for huge sums or teams that we should be aiming to compete with are losing players (arsenal and seemingly spurs are going to too). its been dull, but we havn't been tempted to overspend and we havn't had to sell any of our quality players, as well as bringing in some young talent. i'd give it a 7/10.
  4. Same. I'm all for resting some of the outfield players but Krul should play. Aye its not like Harper need any match practice in case Krul gets a red card or injury this season. I don't think other clubs really do rotate their goalkeepers a lot during European games, do they? Man Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal/Man City have all given their sub keepers various games during last season for a start(Man Utd not so much through choice but played Amos in some games too) Harper isnt going to get much sharpness playing in the reserves which are usually relaxed kickabouts compared to real games. If harper need to play, then he should play at 2nd leg after good result in 1st leg. and make Krul play 2 games in 48 hours, during which time he has to fly to london from Athens? He's a gk ffs, how many runs he has to make. A good 2 days rest will bring back his fitness, etc. he still has to prepare for a game like everybody else, study the opposition, the way they play, the dangers he'll face, practice set peices etc. hardly easy when the only day inbetween games he'll be flying across europe.
  5. just had a look, sky bet has Ba 1st goalscorer, 4/1, didn't he not travel?

  7. theres no way Brian Mcdermott is a real football manager, looks like a groundsman whos made a wrong turn towards the bench.
  8. To think our first victory back in the premier league was only 2 years ago today and we're back playing in europe again tomorrow, been a mental journey.
  9. 2-1 to Spartak, decent corner, smashing finish.
  10. Gladback Notts County Bolton Wolves
  11. probably been asked a million times before, but i couldnt find anything using the search function. whats the diffference between the Platinum Club, Bar 1892 and the Sports Bar? and what do i get there that i wouldn't get in my normal seat, except a better view? thinking of paying the extra fiver for the europa league match next week.
  12. £10 to spend on board DFDS seaways, that'll come in handy for the europa league final.
  13. looks like this might be on tv after all, premier sports saying they are showing it (sky channel 428)
  14. used to be in love with Chengdu Wuniu when i was about 14, when they were in the second division because of FM. but then they changed their name to Chengdu Blades Edit: turns out they won promotion in in 2010/11, after finishing 2nd.
