if he was undecided, this will clinch it for him. Why would he want to work with these cowboys? -

If Rafa walks, I'm done with the club. Me too. Think this will be the opinion of a lot of people -
Good post that, echoes my concerns, in Ashleys mind he will have seen Hughton win us the championship with ease and wonder why Rafa couldn't do the same with a much bigger budget, would he have a point? Maybe a little, but the team we came down with last time was far better than our current one so you can see it both ways. Either way I can't see Rafa being here come kick off next season should we go up, it'll be job done from him and goodbye when he doesn't get what he wants to take us forward, we'll end up with another limited manager just happy to be in the job and whether we stay up or not would be anyones guess but if Rafa goes I won't give a flying f*** anyway. All day long, myself and a good few of the lads I sit around reckon this will be the most likely scenario. If this does happen anyone going back deserves the shit the club serves up regardless. They've a golden ticket with Rafa and to turn it all around, blow it this time and I'm done with it. People need to remind themselves of the crap we've put up with during Ashleys ownership ( i'm not buying into the total fluke season we finished high under Pardew)

Is this for real??? Do they actually think that's how it works and all they need to pay is the first instalment? Thick as fuck if so. Weren't we paying for players that where no longer at the club for a while? Rings a bell.

I agree with that, walking the league would be the worst thing we could do when considering next season. Good point, no mater what, if we go up we need to spend huge amounts. Can anyone see that happening? -
I respectfully disagree. If that is the case and we are promoted we're totally f***ed next season without major surgery to the squad. Massively. IMO we really should be performing better than we are. If he's doing the best with the squad he has, let's not get promoted as we are coming straight back down.

Has us playing terribly at the moment, let's face it, been poor To watch most of the season but he's been getting the results, scraping a good few of them. People are right to ask questions or criticise without being flamed. Hiwever, We really needed to strengthen in January, would have made his job a whole lot easier and pretty much guaranteed promotion, but never that simple at nufc when ran by the Idiots in top. You just know Ashley and co won't think it's good enough for the squad we have. Trouble ahead no doubt.

Massively, I thought we'd be a lot more comfortable this season than it's been, still not convinced we will go up. THere has been very few games were we have looked decent. -
What a strange team!? Rafa does like to keep us Guessing!

The consistent thing here is Carr, been here ages (through horrendous times) and clearly has the ear of his master. He has to be one of the biggest problems, I get the impression Charnley is just doing what he is told by his Boss - heavily influenced by Carr.

I said this to my brother last night after we saw the Rafa interview. We are both chucking it if Rafa walks in the summer and that'll be it for us until Ashley has gone. After last nights performance and The Rafa thing I'm a 6/10 - only if we keep players fit -
Awful that line up, but its all about promotion this year.
