4 big name premier league players Aye mate, bet they can't wait to leave their premier league clubs to join league 1 sun'lun.
-
Bet we never even considered moving for him.

Same here. I'm completely out if the takeover falls through. Can't stand to watch us with our annual ambition of getting to 40 points. Just so pointless as a football club.
-
If this takeover doesn't go through and we're stuck with Bruce Charnley and Ashley, I'll literally lose all interest in NUFC. I'm on the verge now of completely fucking it all off, the final push would come if the takeover doesn't go through. Such a pointless football club under Ashley.

Champion. Cant be having Bruce beat Rafa's points total and have every pundit on the planet tell us he's a better manager than Rafa.
-
"Steve Bruce has done a great job. They're playing attacking football and are a better side than last season".
-
Seems like this is ending exactly how we all expected. If so, its goodbye football from me. I'm fucking done with it.
-
Is there any suggestion as to why there still isn't an answer?

This is as good as it gets under Ashley. Safe with a few games to spare so take our foot off the gas for the last few games. Enjoy lads, this is heaven.

I think Charnley's quotes are interesting. He says this deal is for " a number of years." He specifically doesn't give an actual timescale. Sounds like a rolling contract where we can get out after every season.
-
Where does it end though? This could rumble on forever. They can take another year for me if it meant it passing. If they reject it and we're stuck with Ashley, that's my footballing life finished. I literally can't imagine life with Ashley and Bruce here long term aiming for 40 points EVERY season. I'd rather wait as long as it takes if it means it goes through.

The PL need to grow some balls and draw a line under the deal, telling the buyers that a resolution cannot be found. Everyone needs to move on from this. Yeah, that's exactly what they need to do.
