Anyone who genuinly thinks we should expect to challenge for the league currently is deluded to the point that their opinions should be disregarded completely. If we somehow ever get comparable revenue to the likes of Arsenal, Man City, etc (in that unlikely scenario), and if Eddie is still in charge, I've no doubt we would be challenging for the title and the Champions league on a regular basis.
