I watched him quite closely today and what I found odd is he just jogged about a lot not really offering much, kept going in off his wing and offering no option. The majority of his crosses today were poor, he is an absolute shadow of his best self. I would have been livid had we sold him to Liverpool when they were previously sniffing about, as he was so vital to us, now, I don't think I'd raise an eyebrow.

I think some criticism is fair. It doesn't have to be: We LOVE Howe Or Howe Out Being somewhere on the scale is fine and should be accepted. This season, unfortunately, we have played very average more times than we have played well, and our away form especially is a huge worry. I absolutely believe it is fine to point the finger at things which seem to have a constant pattern: Gordon on the left instead of Barnes Subs too late to affect the game Lack of ideas going forward Summer transfer business In my opinion, no one can look at those above 4 things and tell me or others that the criticism there isn't justified, it absolutely is. Does that mean that I want Howe out? Crikey no! Does that mean that today was another horrendous, abject away performance, this time against a very poor team who have been horrific for the majority of the season to date - 100% yes, and we need to be so, so, so much better.

Same mate, I feel sorry for him in a lot of ways but it's getting painful to watch a lot of the time now and I can't see it working unfortunately.

Probably an unpopular opinion but I genuinely would seriously consider selling him if a move to a German club was in the offing over the summer. I don't doubt the lad has talent but we absolutely need a striker, he isn't one and we paid a hefty price tag for him and the longer he's here unfortunately, the more it shows that we had to push the button just to get a front player in.

If it wasn't for Thiaw it would be a 1, it's maybe a 3 currently for

I love Nick but the Woltemade up top experiment is becoming the 2nd Anthony Gordon up top experiment, with fairly similar results unfortunately. He's not a striker in a month of Sunday's and we have seen more than half a season now of so much lack of striker instinct.
